Anyone want to manage a small holistic web hosting company?

I'm currently looking for someone to help manage a small hosting company I have (It's already setup and live). I'm specifically targeting holistic therapists and I have a nice system that enables people to easily build their own website without knowing any html etc.

My ideal candidate would probably have a little bit of knowledge about server management, particularly C-Panel, although that's not essential if you're a quick learner (It's nothing complicated cos even I understand some of it!!). You would definitely need a decent understanding of basic html, but nothing more than that.

Although this initially won't be a fulltime job I would prefer someone who is already working from home as the bulk of the job will probably involve giving basic technical support. Also I would prefer someone based in the US or Canada.

I'm not offering a wage, but a decent share of profits (at least 50%, or probably more). Earning potential within 6-12 months is probably quite good because I'm in the process of setting up another site which is essentially a free holistic business directory which I think will grow very quickly. Once I have people in the directory then we make money by offering them website hosting services amongst other things I have planned.
