I just came across this site which offers a number of ebooks on health which mostly look interesting although I haven't read them myself yet.

Yes the info on Chlorella and Spirulina is suberb.
Its nigh on impossible to avoid chemicals and toxins these days but Chlorella seems to be a valuable superfood not only for its nutrition but can remove heavy metals and toxic residues from our bodies.

Great info on antiviral herbs too.

As the site says the Government are both unable and unwilling to protect us from disease so we have to take care of ourselves.

Its not like we are fractions of the whole but rather versions of the whole.
