Topic: Electromagnetic Radiation Weapons

Electromagnetic radiation weapons work on the theory that the mind and nervous system use electromagnetic signals and signals from outside sources which can mimic, block or alter the mind's and body's own electromagnetic radiation signals. A 1997 US News and World Report article by Douglas Pasternak entitled "Wonder Weapons" explained this process. ". . . the human body is essentially an electrochemical system, and devices that disrupt the electrical impulses of the nervous system can affect behavior and body functions. But these programs-- particularly those involving antipersonnel research--are so well guarded that details are scarce. "People [in the military] go silent on this issue," says [Louis] Slesin, [trade publisher of Microwave News for the electromagnetic radiation industry], "more than any other issue. People just do not want to talk about this."

Re: Electromagnetic Radiation Weapons

The movie 'Minority Report' comes to mind, and its depiction of a force-wave-sending stun-gun type weapon (of which at the time, I had bookmarked an abcnews.com article about the 'high-tech' outfitted soldier of the 'future' which mentioned the Dune-like still suits and motorcycle helmuts with GPS systems and computer-projected images in them, along with the fact about current and future weapons systems like the Minority Report stun-gun etc, an internet-site article dated 2002, now no longer avail, I had to delete my bookmark a while ago).

I have heard of electromagnetic type weapons and have a friend who claims to be a victim of them (she is harrassed by them).  I also am aware that these weapons' purposes are for subtle and not-so subtle psy-ops projects/goals, to affect one's psychological states...etc (I remember a Jeff Rense interview when he mentioned they could be using suitcase-electro-mag tech on crowds like the George W. Bush rallies and his opponent's rallies- Senator John Kerry, for various effects/purposes, to induce fervor and anti-fervor perhaps? and I have heard mention of suitcase-type devices being used to induce sickness, nausea, tiredness, at various ufo/paranormal conferences/ expos/ gatherings/ lectures).

Quiet weapons for Quiet Wars.

That's the DOD (Dept. of Defense) motto for them... (from what I remember).
