"Chemtrails
Many of the vapor trail across Iowa have been verified through Senator Harkin’s office, and the USAF to be Chemtrails placed in the sky UASF training pilots. The MSDS for the substance being released in these Chemtrails do not guarantee non-
Toxicity to humans, animals, or plant life. Citizens of the USA are being exposed to these substance daily and have never educated or even notified about this practice.
The US Congress shall enact legislation to put an immediate halt to the release of non-fuel related chemical vapors in our skies. Congress shall investigate the complete history of the release of Chemtrails and the motives that make this practice commonplace. The spread of Chemtrails should be permanently banned."

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons...."
