Re: RFID tags

In regards to the DIA, reminds me of the movie Men In Black, after (presumably) descending down an elevator inside there headquarters there lies a huge alien "airport". They were arriving and leaving in underground bases.

Also related was how the worlds "advanced" technology was bought and traded by this secret orginization, cell phones, CD's, supplied by advanced aliens.

It's amazing how much basic truth they will present in forms of "entertainment", and then use plot devices to "spin" or present that truth or data the way they want.

Re: RFID tags

It looks like plastic RFID tags are coming some time in the future. Plastic is cheaper than silicon, which means manufacturers will be more inclined to use the tags in a greater range of items. All the kinks aren't worked out yet, (the plastic tags are only readable to a distance of a few centimeters, and the fabrication technique currently used isn't economically viable) but this line of research goes a long way towards addressing the major concern manufacturers have about ubiquitous RFID, namely the cost of the tags. I wonder if the RFID zapper will be able to disable plastic tags? Hopefully something will.

Re: RFID tags

You might want to be aware of what the control freaks have in mind to control the Internet: already in Internet Explorer 7 and I hear in the new not-yet-released version of Windows (aka Longhorn or Vista), there is code to make sure you are who you say you are when logging on. Initially it may begin with USB devices to read fingerprints or irises, but eventually there is code to read chip implants (USB devices again?) in the operator of the PC -- no chip, no access. 2007?

I have heard that there are elbit chips on a lot of the new motherboards that are powered by ambient juice in the motherboard, and when you have an RFID chip, the elbit can sense it and provide authorization for access...

...of course, magnets are a great way to deactivate the RFID chips, and there will be black market removals and chip-switching...  but at least it will (?) reduce the number of viruses released onto the Internet.... maybe. Sort of.

Did you know the govt/universities/law enforcement people are already using I2 -- the new Internet?  Now that is Deja Vu -- that's the way the current Internet started!!

Il faut tout voir de la hauteur de 40,000 pieds.
