Re: Awareness or some approximation thereof
by jove kids, i think we've got it. what we've been looking for with this awareness quotient, 2012, shifting, illumination, change, and the complete 360 from where the world is, esp lately, yet really, seems like always and yesterday. it may be the concept of SATSANG. im liking it alot, check this...i think thats it. the light, the light we emit, the feelings we emit, the way were always looking for answers, solutions, asking why, delving deeper, then understanding, even accepting, and all with mindsets of wanting to BE, DO, WELL for self and others. its all in that intent, that glorious intent we have spoken of. we are working on awareness at all times. a godly endeavor. and we found out, we believe, that we could/can be ourselves, be aware and still be REAL. that means being peeved, being disgusted often, but its the AWARENESS and PROGRESS that has been made. ionce its made, it doesnt retract either, u can never go back, just onward. we're doing that everyday. progessing, even if it doesnt look obvious at all. its hapopening, from within, and without. u can FEEL it.
it emanates out from us, others, others are drawn to us. now we know why. it IS real. it is what we've been thinking, we just didnt give ourselves the credit, didnt quite know the label, what to call it, needed a name and a more definitive concept. well!!! HERE. its from a delightful FEELING dimension. its from empathy, understanding, reasoning, allowing and tolerating, and from yes, using discernment, to get to the bottom of things, and then making decisions to live, believe, work, ACT and BEHAVE in a human manner that speaks -- radiates goodness, or growth, or the tolerance as said above for the general well-being and welfare of self and others. thats progress, believe it or not. its attunement. work on/from the self, u KNOW, the WORK. we/you dont have to be perfect to be aware, or a guru, or never utter a slang word, or have a bad thot. thats not awareness. some levels of it that may be unreally possible to achieve in a 3-D state like this. thats the beauty of it and the power of it, the magnificense of it being so grand, yet so simple. awareness. u can jyust be here, from many lifetimes the force is gathered, the awareness is built upon, even if troyuble remembering. just be here, and inadvertently or even openly EMIT. just by being u.
this earthlife can suck might bad, alot of the time, but we're aware and seeking more awareness all the time. CREDIT HAS TO BE GIVEN to that, in THE FACE OF ADVERSITY. for god's sake. it comes from pleasureable states of consciousness, even yes, contentment, from giving to self for progress. expanding, playing with the "permanent personality" (more on that later, found cool stuff). the earthlife is brighter, smoother, more peaceful in one's own realm, as they made it so. from good life "energy"--emitting good energy. like one somebody leaves the house of kindred souls, old or new and they say "they're good ppl" or "meet my friends--they're good ppl" check it:
Enlightened people are like spiritual dynamos: they have a very strong presence which touches the people they come into contact with, transmitting something of their enlightenment to them. Even people who aren’t at all “spiritual” usually feel a sense of well-being in their presence, and so feel attracted to them without knowing why. And for people who have made some spiritual progress already, the effect can be extremely powerful.
Contact with an enlightened person may enable them to make the final “jump” to permanent enlightenment themselves. This is one of the reasons why many spiritual traditions place so much emphasis on the role of a guru. The guru is so important not just because of the advice and guidance he can give you, but because he can transmit his spiritual power to you, giving you a taste of enlightenment and speeding up your spiritual development. (In Sanskrit, this is called satsang, literally “good company.”)
The Sources of Satsang
The big question is: why do enlightened people have this strange ability to generate spiritual experiences in others, this power to “transmit” their enlightenment to the people around them? Spiritual experiences induced by satsang strongly suggest that the esoteric concept of an “aura” has a basis in fact. They suggest that our being or life-energy isn’t just confined to our own mind or body – it radiates out from us, creating an atmosphere (or aura) which can affect the people we come into contact with.
But spiritual experiences are more than just feelings – they are also experiences of vision, insight and revelation. And one of the most important aspects of satsangexperiences, I believe, is that they show that spiritual illumination is also communicable. Feelings of bliss can certainly spread from person to person – and so can the vision of the oneness of the universe, the awareness that the essential reality of the universe is a limitless ocean of Spirit, and the experience of transcending the ego and being reborn as a deeper and higher Self. These experiences are completely transferable – under the right circumstances, they can be passed from an enlightened person to others without any loss of intensity.
Spiritual experiences caused by satsang can clearly from from contact with an enlightened person, which has the effect of intensifying and stilling our life-energy. He or she gives us an extra input of energy – the “current” or “telepathic radiation” which others pick up and become aware of. At the same time, the sheer power of an enlightened person’s presence can stun the ego-mind into silence and brings our chattering thoughts to a halt. As a result, we attain the same state of inner stillness and intensified life-energy which we reach after periods of intense and very focused meditation.
However, satsang isn’t just a phenomenon which can affect us as individuals; it also has an important bearing upon the concept of collective spiritual awakening. It’s now almost a cliché to state the human race as a whole may be on the threshold of an evolutionary jump, a collective shift to a higher level of consciousness which will give rise to a new era of true spirituality and harmony. Some people find this idea far-fetched – perhaps understandably so when you look at the state of the world today – but satsang experiences show us a process by which this transformation could occur. They show us that enlightenment is highly contagious.
After all, it’s surely not just wholly enlightened individuals who affect the people around them. Anybody who has become spiritually developed to a degree will have some power to affect the people around them. And so it’s possible that a kind of positive cycle might take place – as more people become spiritually developed, they will “transmit” their insight and well-being to the people around them, who will in turn transmit their spirituality to the people around them, and so on. It may be that once a certain critical threshold has been reached – once a certain number of people have become enlightened, or once the collective spiritual power of the human race has built up to a certain degree – a great wave of spiritual illumination will spread through the world like a forest fire; a process of “spiritual transmission” building up power and intensity, and eventually leading to an Omega point of permanent change.
i think this is it, or the/a semblance of it. thats HOW we then uplift the world and it "catches" on and spreads. it is contagious, but this time, in this sense, its the kind of invisible, yet totally "seeable/doable" contagion we NEED and have been talking about . this is how we affect others, and how we BE. just be, by being ourselves, others get the benefit, and we absorb the awareness from others, give to others and so on and so on. no wonder the C's say knowledge, awareness. thats why were THE PORTALS. im sure of it, read some more on that the other day and its been confirmed. yes, oh yes. and will post it. The C's and others have been trying to say this, but them the most. BLESS 'em. they KNEW. really. now we know.
even this could be the mission, the reason we're here. it takes awhile, a good while to become aware, altho some say it has happened to them overnite, its more like in degrees yet one can make some WIDE angles, so thats possible. a process, which can be alchemically fast or alot slower. the point is that the radiation is there, like a beacon. in that dull glow of flitting soul lights that hardly spark or ignite in crowds. we spread it, we got it from others, we give it back, its gooooood stuff.
