Because of the tremendous profits involved, doctors are incouraged to NOT use anesthetic, which makes the recycled foreskin useless to the bio-engineers (and perhaps untasty to those bloodsucking reptilians?). Something could be said about the mentality of the circumcisers themselves. There was a story about a mother who gave birth to a very deformed baby, with an estimated lifespan of a month, give or take. Even though this child was doomed to die, the doctors still put him through the unecessary and truamatic circumcision. Either these Dr's have been cut themselves, are addicted to the god-like power they have over the baby, and the manipulation of the parents trust that the DR knows what he is doing. All of the above, and more?
It has been observed how many medical graduates will fight over who gets to do the next circumcision, but when it comes to the care or treatment of other patients they will have minimal interest, if any, and will fight over who doesn't have to do it

To me, it's not so much a question of technological cleanliness, as it is of common sense and regular care. I believe we have been sold the "medical" reasons for circumcision to cover up why they really do this. And even the medical/hygenic reasons are a joke.
For instance when I crashed the first day on my motorcycle all I ended up with was a few scrapes and a bloody knee (I even rode it back home the extra hour up the mountain!), but my mother insisted we go to the ER for possible stitches, clean up, x-rays etc. much to my objection. We waited 3+ hours, for the doctors to do nothing but over-inject my wound with a supposed "pain-killer" which did nothing (and hurt more then the actual crash!) while they scrubbed the knee with disinfectant and a plastic comb-like brush. It healed slowly which I suspect was due to the shots they gave me, and the way they handled it while trying to "clean" it. And I didn't need stitches which the x-ray confirmed, while adding to the expense bill. (and a few minutes off my life, lol)
Anyways, the point is I could have personally cared for this wound 10x better then how I was treated at a "professional establishment", with the "best" in technological health care. I was a walking meat-bag with an injury (and money!) to these people .
When it comes to keeping the foreskin clean, plain water is the answer. Soap is not needed, NOR recommended. And for people in third world countries or tribal villages where clean water may not be readily accessible, good ol' saliva is enough to clean themselves. I find it ironic I could probably keep better care of a foreskin then some who have them!
We have been lied too about our own bodies and how they work, and how we should take care of them. And they accomplished this in a very short generational period.
