as a matter of fact it is, I have a sense that the March 29 solar eclipse might have triggered the Queens exit in the weeks ahead, although I'm not sure. I've posted it on transconscious forum prior to the eclipse
There are possibly two timecoded patterns connected to the Balkan karma. The 13 days sequence and 'the exit of Sunking' timecoded pattern both show April 20

Belgrade-EU talks to restart after Serbian vow to arrest Mladic
Belgrade will resume talks on closer ties with the European Union after Serbia's prime minister pledged to capture genocide suspect Ratko Mladic by the end of the month.
Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica gave Brussels a firm commitment last week that Serbia would "locate, arrest and transfer" the former Bosnian Serb military commander, staving off the EU's threatened suspension of the talks.
Serbia and its federal partner Montenegro began talks in October last year on an EU stabilisation and association agreement (SAA) -- the first step on the long road to joining the 25-member bloc.
The country's bid for European integration hinges on its cooperation with the UN war crimes tribunal, which indicted Mladic more than a decade ago for genocide and other crimes committed during Bosnia's 1992-1995 war.
EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn kept the pressure on Belgrade on the eve of the renewed talks. "We expect Kostunica will stick to his commitment of doing his utmost to arrest Ratko Mladic," he said.
"We have always the possibility of suspending negotiations if cooperation does not reach its full level," he told the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France.
According to the office of Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus, who heads the Serbian talks team, Wednesday's negotiations in Belgrade would focus on technical subjects including the freedom of movement of labour.
"The questions of visas, asylum seekers and illegal immigration will not be discussed on Wednesday, but will be the subject of talks in May, provided that certain obligations are fulfilled," the office's spokeswoman, Ana Markovic, told AFP in a clear reference to Mladic.
Earlier this week, a Serbian minister said Belgrade was half-way towards completing the SAA talks, and that it hoped to join the European Union by 2012.
"Eastern European nations started discussions last decade, and we are starting in 2006, while all those countries had the goal of entering the EU by 2000, but did not do so until 2004. Our goal will be 2012," said Dusko Lopandic, the deputy foreign economic relations minister.
Serbia has persistently denied knowledge of Mladic's whereabouts, although it recently admitted he had been under military protection until mid-2002 and received a pension from Belgrade until last December.
The EU standoff with Belgrade echoes the brinkmanship last year between the EU and Croatia, which saw the start of its EU entry talks delayed for seven months due to lack of progress in finding fugitive general Ante Gotovina.
In that case Zagreb's talks eventually began in October despite failure to find Gotovina -- although he was eventually arrested on a Spanish island and transferred to the ICTY in The Hague in December.
A rash of reports in February suggested that Mladic -- who, like Gotovina, remains a hero to many nationalists in his homeland -- was on the point of being captured, or turning himself in.
Those turned out to be false, and few are willing to say if anything will come of the latest indications that his capture may be near.

'No foul play' in Milosevic death
Dutch public prosecutors have said that their investigation into the death of Slobodan Milosevic showed that he died of natural causes.
"There is not a single indication that the death was the result of foul play," prosecutors said in a statement.
The former Yugoslav leader, on trial for war crimes, was found dead in his cell in The Hague on 11 March.

Mladic handover 'by end of April'
Serbia has pledged to hand over war crimes suspect Ratko Mladic to the tribunal in The Hague this month, the chief prosecutor's office says.
Four relatives of the former Bosnian Serb army leader have been arrested, his wife told a Serbian newspaper.
The BBC's Matt Prodger in Belgrade says the Serbian authorities' pledge is the strongest commitment they have given so far to international prosecutors.
Ratko Mladic is wanted on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity.
A spokesman for the UN chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte said she was given that assurance last week by the Serbian Prime Minister, Vojislav Kostunica.
"We received clear assurances from Kostunica for the delivery of Ratko Mladic by the end of April," Anton Nikiforov said on Thursday.
The Serbian government has admitted that Mr Mladic was sheltered by the military until 2002, and that his family were drawing a pension on his behalf until December last year.
Along with his civilian counterpart, Radovan Karadzic, he is the most wanted war crimes suspect in Europe.

In relation to the last HD Tetrahedron date March 12 (+/- 1 day ) I anticipated on Syria related info, high impact or subtle. Also, I stated that another possibility would be that someone would be taken out by Design. That doesn’t mean somebody would have been killed but it is a possibility though.
I expected somebody could be ‘taken out by Design’ because of the ‘exit of sunking’ timecoded pattern and the Balkan karma related info, both expected to get momentum on or around March 12
As March 12 (+/- 1 day ) is a HD Tetrahedron date comparable to September 11, I expected 9/11 conditioning and 911/ related info or events too.
Milosevic died on March 11, the Madrid bombings were memoried, on March 13 the construction finally begins at Ground Zero in New York of the memorial and museum remembering the 2,900 victims of the 9/11 attacks and the Moussaoui trial hits the news. In Brasil a suspect was arrested related to the Hariri killing.
These HD Tetrahedron dates also unveiled to me two major potential conflicts: China-Taiwan and US-Korea, also in the news around March 12
Together with the situation in relation to Iran there are indications that war is in the making but it doesn't have to come that far. The underlying patterns will continue and there will follow more keydates ahead and April 21 is the first one to monitor.
It wouldn’t surprise me if a ‘WMD in Syria’ theme would pop up.
