It is all relative, and i can only speak from my point of view as can you. So what is hostile to one is not to another, beauty and the beast is on the eye of the beholder.
Blunt and to the point if done with finess is fine. But can easily turn to the fundementalistical point of view that one is the only person who can be right. What is percieved as the point might not be the whole point, and even a baseball bat is a blunt object yet can do harm.
I mentioned that my hair is blond/brown/orange in the very first post, which means that i am partially nordic, which also means that it could mean i am coming more to terms with who i am. If one would explain every single concept down to the basic level, even to the level of what different words mean it would take tremendous amounts of time, so i choose a level at which i communicate that best fits with the people i desire to communicate. One can never communicate in a way that everyone understands, there will always be discord. That is also what i try to point out, that to call my different opinion on how your behavior effects people lying is the style of communication i mean. Certainly your power of thought and problemsolving skills are good i'll admit that. But if you fail to understand what i meant and take it as lying, is it any different than if i fail to understand what you mean and take it as confrontative. That is what i desire to point out. That simply because it feels to you that you are not agressive or hostile, it might not feel that way to everyone you come in contact with.
You only prove that which you set out to prove, that you are not "unneccesarily agressive" the way you percieve it. Which is very much true. That is why i cant say you absoutely must do something or something else, i only say, that with all due respect i would suggest that you do something if you wish to avoid unneccesary confrontation.
If you have ever gone to a bar in finland you would know what i mean by aggressive. A girl hit another girl, then threw her drink on the waiter and then got tackled to the floor and the bouncer then grabbed her neck in a hold and carried her and threw her out the door after which the girl walked a few meters away and start threwing bottles at the bar. Not to mention several barfights in the same day that i didnt see, in a bar with around 50 people (small) even my friends said it was an unusually agressive night.
So i would once again heartly recommend that you try to avoid making rash decicions of my personality or psyche based on a few picks. As i dont even imagine that i know who you are or why you decide to post as you. But what i said isnt mean to be, (as there is no such thing), an absolute truth on how to act, it is only meant as my observation on if you would desire, you could change your behavior so that it wouldnt cause agitation to me. Nothing more as such.
Also as you said " I think I'll take pretty much anything you say from here on out with a grain of salt! Seriously. " It, to me, seems that you attack the messanger not the message.
So in closing i would suggest that if this confrontation is unsolvable as it appears, we should just for the sake of minimizing possible energy waste and conflict just agree that neither of us responds in anyway to anything posted by the other person? Unless ofcourse absolutely critical for the conversation? So we can just agree to disagree?
