I read it back in the '70's. 
Very interesting dialog from the astronauts on an FM frequency
not heard by any but a few who were listening...

I see what you mean.   I got a used copy of this book a few months ago; it was pretty expensive due to being out of print.    I'll see if I can scan it sometime soon and post it here.
