I have linked 'Project Bojinka' earlier to the exit of Arafat. I wrote in 2005:

This is about possible Karmic relationships based on the Venus connection and the Phi based 1111 days awakenings spiral:

16 Venus years in Earth days is 16 times 224.68 = 3595 rounded

or

2 times ( 1111 times Phi Golden Mean ) = 3595 rounded

Arafat died in the November 9 ( brain death ) - 11 ( the day he died )

The moment of his death seems to indicate a Karmic relationship with "Oplan Bojinka",  a precursor to the September 11, 2001 attacks.

This could mean that Arafat was somehow involved or that Arafat was taken out by Design as part of the staged events.

Oplan Bojinka (also known as Operation Bojinka, Project Bojinka, Bojinka Plot, Bojinga, possibly from Arabic: Øèجنكة – slang in many dialects for explosion and pronounced Bo-JIN-ka, except in Egyptian where it is Bo-GIN-ka) was a planned large-scale attack on airliners in 1995, and was a precursor to the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Several media outlets, including TIME Asia [1], claim that the word Bojinka means "loud bang" or "explosion" in Serbo-Croatian. In Croatian, "boÄ nica"[2] translates into English as "boom". Khalid Shaikh Mohammed fought with Muslim fighters in Bosnia and supported this effort financially [3]. Endnote 7 of Chapter 5 of the 9/11 Commission Report states that Khalid Shaikh Mohammed claims that "bojinka" is "a nonsense word he adopted after hearing it on the front lines in Afghanistan." In English, the acronym "BOHICA" for 'Bend Over Here It Comes Again' is common military slang which refers to an incoming enemy attack, often bombs and is also used in online chat, e-mail, or newsgroup postings.

Not all media or text that refer to Oplan Bojinka will call it by that name.

The term can refer to the "airline bombing plot" alone, or that combined with the "Pope assassination plot" and the "CIA plane crash plot". The first refers to a plot to destroy 11 airliners on January 21 and 22, 1995, the second refers to a plan to kill Pope John Paul II on January 15, 1995, and the third refers a plan to crash a plane into the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia and other buildings. Operation Bojinka was prevented on January 6 and 7, 1995, but some lessons learned were apparently used by the planners of the September 11 attacks. This article will cover all three plans.

The money handed down to the plotters originated from Al-Qaida, an international Islamic militant organization which was then based in Sudan. Philippine authorities say that Operation Bojinka was developed by Ramzi Yousef and Khalid Shaikh Mohammed while they were in Manila, Philippines in 1994 and early 1995.

Europeans discuss terror threat as Britain questions 24 airline plot suspects

European Union interior ministers have gathered in London to tackle the common threat of terrorism as British authorities questioned 24 suspects over an alleged plot to blow up US-bound airliners.

Britain's Home Secretary John Reid will urge closer international cooperation to deal with the increasing danger at talks in London with his counterparts from France, Germany, Finland, Portugal and Slovenia.

British police were conducting searches and questioning a total of 24 suspects detained in connection with the alleged bombing conspiracy that was exposed last Thursday and threw international air traffic into turmoil.

Police were questioning another person who was detained Tuesday, bringing the total number of people arrested as part of the operation to 25.

One person was released without charge Friday. Twenty-three suspects in custody since last week can be held until Wednesday, at which point police must apply to a magistrate for permission to hold them for further questioning.

In Islamabad, the foreign ministry said Pakistan could extradite a British suspect over the conspiracy but had not received any request from London.

Security officials told AFP that the suspect, Rashid Rauf, was arrested in central Punjab province in early August and gave vital information that helped authorities in Britain unravel the plan.

They said Rauf was one of two British nationals who was arrested, although the Foreign Office here could not confirm this.

Pakistan said last week that Rauf was a "key man" in the conspiracy and had connections to Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan.

Security officials added that Rauf was arrested after the Pakistani authorities detained a man "apparently related" to him when he was crossing the border into Pakistan from Afghanistan early this month.

The officials said documents appeared to show the man was related to Rauf but they had not fully confirmed his identity or the exact link between them.

They said he was still in custody.

The EU meeting was set to take place at the central London offices of Britain's Home Office, or interior ministry, from 10:30 a.m. (0930 GMT) Wednesday.

"The meeting will brief EU colleagues on the emerging threat and current operation, accelerate EU action where necessary, and re-affirm the EU's commitment to counter-terrorism work," the Home Office said in a statement.

"International cooperation is absolutely essential to combat terrorism."

International travel has been hard hit by news of the alleged plot.

Although the backlog of flights caused by the security scare is declining, passengers at London's Heathrow and Gatwick airports faced further cancelations.

British Airways said it would not be until Friday that its full service could be resumed.

BA cancelled 46 flights Wednesday, with 35 at Heathrow and 11 at Gatwick, bringing the airline's total cancelations since the anti-terror measures were introduced last Thursday to more than 1,100.

BA said it understood that as many as 20,000 bags had gone astray at Heathrow during the last few days, and that the bulk of these would have been BA passengers' luggage.

The airline was still trying to get about 5,000 bags to their owners either by road or air.

The British Airports Authority, which operates Heathrow, Gatwick and five other British airports, said it "acutely regretted" the disruption the new security arrangements had caused to passengers and airlines.

"We continue to do everything we can to respond to the airlines' needs, but we will not compromise on our responsibility to apply the security regime the government judges necessary to protect the public."

BA and other airlines have accused BAA of failing to act quickly and efficiently to the new security guidelines.

Bush administration acts fast to bring France aboard the Lebanon multinational force, gives Israel tacit go-ahead for air strikes against arms trucks from Syria

Washington took two quiet steps to prop up the Siniora government and retrieve the vanishing multinational force ordered by Resolution 1701.

The first was the promise of an air surveillance wing for UNIFIL to keep a watch over South Lebanon and the border crossings into Syria. This has brought France around to consenting to send troops to the expanded international force. UNIFIL was also promised intelligence data gathered by US satellites on military movements in Lebanon.

Some 1,700 French troops will be deployed in the first stage. This promise led French defense minister Michele Alliot-Marie to announce Wednesday night that France is willing to lead a new UN presence in Lebanon at least until February, so long as it has a clear mandate, real means and strong powers.

The second step taken by the Bush administration was a quiet go-ahead given by US secretary of state Condoleezza Rice to Israel’s Dep. PM Shimon Peres for the Israeli air force to destroy trucks suspected of carrying rockets and other arms from Syria into Lebanon. Siniora agreed to turn a blind eye to this continuing Israeli air activity over Lebanon as he has for Hizballah’s continued armed presence south of the Litani River.

The first elements of the Lebanese army’s 2nd 3rd and 12th Battalions crossed the Qasmiyeh Bridge over the Litani into South Lebanon before midnight Wednesday, August 16.

France has given itself six months to test how the web of undercover accords and understandings between the US and Israel and the Lebanese government and Hizballah are holding up. Only then will Paris decide whether to extend the mandate of its contingent in Lebanon or even boost it.

DEBKAfile reports: The US has asked Israel’s Olmert government for clarifications of a statement that conflicts with US policy of excluding Syria from diplomatic moves on the Lebanon conflict.

Amir Peretz spoke the day after Syrian president Bashar Assad boasted Hizballah had defeated Israel at war, threatened further Arab “resistance”  and called the New Middle East an illusion. Syria and Iran are Hizballah’s armorers and sponsors. German foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier cancelled his trip to Damascus in protest against Assad’s “negative contribution.” 

Yet Peretz stated Wednesday: "We must hold a dialogue with Lebanon, and we should create the conditions for dialogue also with Syria."

New York City has released new tapes of phone calls and other transcripts of people trapped inside the World Trade Center on 11 September 2001.
They feature the last phone call of Melissa Doi as she is running out of air on the south tower's 83rd floor.

Families of some victims gathered to listen to the tapes, which were recently found by the Fire Department of New York.

Victims' relatives and the New York Times sued for the tapes' release.

In the tape, Melissa Doi, a 32-year-old financial manager, can be heard asking the emergency operator not to hang up: "Can you stay on the line with me, please? I feel like I'm dying."

She also says: "I'm going to die, aren't I?"

"No, no, no, no, no," responds the operator. "Ma'am, say your prayers. You've got to think positive because you've got to help people get off the floor."

The operator stays on the line for almost half an hour, urging Doi to keep breathing, even when her voice is no longer heard.

In the end, one dispatcher says: "The line is now dead."

"Oh my lord," says the operator.

Most of the calls released involved firefighters and dispatchers.

Calls made by 10 civilians inside the World Trade Center were edited out to protect citizens' privacy.

Moussaoui evidence

Relatives and the New York Times wanted to see whether the calls would reveal what happened inside the towers and whether operators misdirected the victims.

"We need to have the truth. We need to save other mothers' sons... Allow us to learn from the deadly mistakes of the past, so we can help people in the future," Sally Regenhard, whose son - a firefighter - was killed, is quoted as saying by Reuters news agency.

A portion of Doi's end of the conversation was played for jurors in April at the trial of 11 September conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui, but this was the first time the operator's voice was heard.

"Are they going to be able to get somebody up here?" Doi asks.

"Of course ma'am, we're coming up for you," the operator replies.

"Well, there's nobody here yet and the floor is completely engulfed. We're on the floor and we can't breathe and it's very, very, very hot."

In March, the city released transcripts of 130 calls from people trapped in the towers, including only the voices of operators and other public employees.

The New York Times initially sought the records in 2002 under the Freedom of Information Act, and later sued the city when it refused to release them.

Hariri in bitter attack on Syria

The leader of the parliamentary majority in Lebanon, Saad Hariri, has strongly criticised the president of neighbouring Syria, Bashar al-Assad.

Mr Hariri accused the Syrian president of inciting conflict in Lebanon.

Saad Hariri is the son of former PM Rafik Hariri who was assassinated in a huge bombing in February 2005.

Mr Hariri also angrily criticised Israel for its "black history" in Lebanon, saying that all the bombings would not break Lebanese unity.

In a no-holds-barred attack on the Syrian leader, Mr Hariri also accused Mr Assad of trying to sow "discord" in Lebanon.

Mr Hariri said a speech on Tuesday by Mr Assad which suggested that anti-Syrian forces in Lebanon were aligning themselves with Israel, was damaging to both Lebanon and Syria.

'Threat'

"There is a neighbouring president who is threatening to destroy the political regime in Lebanon because he could not digest the Lebanese people's decision to throw out his corruption and troops from Lebanon," he said.

Mr Hariri was referring to the Syrian troop pullout from Lebanon in 2005 which followed strong domestic and international protests triggered by the assassination of Rafik Hariri.

Syria has denied any role in the assassination, but the continuing UN investigation has implicated high-level Syrian and Lebanese officials and Lebanese allies in the murder.

In his most bitter criticism, Saad Hariri said: "The regime in Syria is trading with the blood of the children of Qana, Gaza and Baghdad."

Mr Hariri, a strong backer of Prime Minister Fouad Siniora's government, called on Lebanese to rally behind the government of Lebanon.

I consider this to be an important development. With the killing of Lebanese politician Rafik Hariri on the 555 'awakenings' strattrigger for August 23 (+/- 1 day), we have to be aware of subtle developments that will have an effect on the Syria situation around anticipated date September 8.

Friday, the European Union presidency meets to discuss the Lebanon force which is more or less stalled.

Assad also refused to draw the border in the Shebaa Farms area before Israeli forces leave. He added: “Hizballah’s victory was enough to teach Israel a lesson that the isolation of Syria has failed.”

Lebanon truce 'fragile', warns UN

The security situation in Lebanon is likely to remain "fragile" for the next two or three months, a senior UN envoy has warned.
Terje Roed-Larsen was speaking on a visit to Jerusalem for talks with the Israeli government.

In a meeting with the UN's Mr Roed-Larsen on Tuesday, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said the stationing of UN troops along Lebanon's border with Syria to stop the smuggling of arms to Hezbollah would allow it to lift the blockade.

But Syrian President Bashar al-Assad immediately rejected the idea, saying it would be interpreted as a "hostile act".

The Lebanese daily al- Lewa' quoted well-informed diplomatic sources in Damascus as saying that the Syrian leadership is making intensive efforts with international parties in order to urge the US to stop the possible launch of a military attack against Iraq.

In a report from Damascus, the paper quoted these sources as saying that the Syrian leadership believes that this American attack is eventually coming and therefore Syria's main intention now is to enhance its internal front in order to withstand the implications of this attack which will expose and open several files in the region.

The paper added quoting its correspondents in Damascus that the statements made by the source come after the arrival of American aviation technicians team secretly to the military Deyar Baker base to the East of Turkey in order to follow up training carried out at the base for F-16 fighter planes, and Washington is planning to deploy more than 2000 soldiers in the base in case an operation is carried out against Iraq.

The sources considered that Israel is a basic partner in the likely American attack against Iraq, and that the military maneuvers which are carried out in Jordan between Jordanian and American forces are an introduction for the American military attack against Iraq.

The paper' sources added that Jordan is in a very critical conditions, noting that Jordan may not permit the American forces to use its territories as a starting point for the military attack against Iraq due to the economic benefits Jordan gets from the Iraqi trade market.
