Near the end of my search my feeling was first to have a crystal at the end, be it quartz or amethyst and also to have gems of corresponding colors/energies of the chakra's hoping it may be of aid in checking out my energy centers and whether they are open/closed and underactive/overactive.
Of the many I saw, this one called out to me and it is so beautiful in person I love it!

I glad I could be of service in motivating you! Its so exciting isn't it?! I find when I use it I get put in sort of a trance and I can feel the energy especially in my fingertips, flowing. Also my pendulum is quite charged now! Really the imagination is the limit here. As of now I am just asking questions, but other things to do would be the chakra checkup, using it to locate things, I'm thinking it could do well to sense energies of other entities and really so much more!

As for the questions, you might want to ask more from the first one where you said "Have I had an incarnation in Atlantis?" and then got a "yes".
You could ask, "is my Atlantean lifetime important to this present lifetime?"
And then try to keep going with that and see how much information you can get.
Another good question would be "Did I have skills in Atlantis that should be brought forth in this lifetime?"
And then ask as many questions as you can to try to find out about these skills.

So far its been like walking into a grand library and wanting to read everything but just shouting out random topics and just seeing the covers as opposed to delving into them as you are suggesting. Haha very nice, I should have thought of this! Ya know sometimes I get these silly worries that I'm just asking too much unimportant trivial stuff and my higher self is sitting there and yawning and just waiting for me to ask stuff that could really make a difference. With this my higher self could now be of much greater assistance and hopefully have more fun and not be bored from my questions! Haha.
