Noble Realms has been under attack since the day it began. If a sufficient number of positive people did not establish and defend the keynote vibration of this forum, and if I were less prescient and disciplined in my moderation, this forum would have ceased to exist long ago. It was after countering them move by move, pulling the weeds, and gradually choking off their attack avenues that this forum became the smoothly running place you see today. Most of this took place behind the scenes.
Negative forces cannot just forcefully shut down something like this. How would they? If they destroyed the server, there are backups. If they had the hosting company shut it down, it would be instantly moved to a different host. Nothing illegal is involved, so law enforcement and homeland security can't do anything while the legal system still exists. But if they shut it down anyway, that would only provide confirmation that truth seekers are on the right track.
Negative forces work on a far more sophisticated, stealthy, cunning level. When they're serious, they attack in such a way that the threat is eliminated or hijacked without anyone suspecting it. They don't attack through brute force. They figure out everyone's weaknesses and strengths, then play people against each other, coordinating their efforts so that each manipulated player is hit at their weakest spots at the weakest times. They can abduct and mind program people, telepathically persuade them, use implants and scalar weapon beams to modulate emotions, send in perfectly controllable matrix agents to provide the catalyst that makes it all explode, place icky negative thoughtforms on a forum to make people feel like staying away, launch psychic attacks on key individuals to destroy their faith and enthusiasm, and nudge people into acting irrationally to create mistrust and division. The majority initially go along with it, thinking it's the natural order of things, unknowingly letting themselves be silently manipulated, although NR has been fortunate to have some aware members who refuse to be overcome by reactivity, or at least recognize and regret it afterwards. But in less successful cases it eventually all implodes and suffocates.
More reasons why a forum (or any source) is not always shut down:
* negative forces don't have absolute power
* positive forces that referee this "game" have greater power
* it is more convenient to quietly hijack than forcefully suppress a threat
* threats are attacked as silently as possible to prevent detection, backlash, and confirmation
* certain metaphysical and occult laws cannot be broken
* there is just enough false information (or opportunity for monitoring, feeding, etc...) to keep the negative forces satisfied
* the positive liberating stuff is not being forced on anyone, so with freewill being respected, greater metaphysical protection and oversight is afforded
However, while negative forces stay stealthy due to the danger of working openly and freely, if they can put enough of their pieces in place to secure total control, then they can come out in full force and do as they please. Things might get to that point eventually, and then the internet will be indeed shut down.
An example is Nazi Germany. For the longest time, Hitler and the Nazis were carefully massaging public opinion, manipulating the minds of the masses, getting the proper legislation passed, and so on. During that time they could not use force wherever and whenever they wanted. But when they did finally manage to secure control, then came the train cars and concentration camps and blitzkriegs. Another example would be underground resistance movements, where preparations are made as undetectable as possible until the time is right and then it's an all out revolution.
So yes, calmly planning some contingencies would be a good idea.
