42  When you go to buy bread in the grocery store, have you ever wondered
which is the freshest, so you "squeeze" for freshness or softness?  Did you know
that bread is delivered fresh to the stores five days a week?  Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each day has a different color twist tie.
They are: Monday = Blue,  Tuesday = Gr een, Thursday = Red Friday = White and
Saturday = Yellow. So if today was Thursday, you would want red twist tie; not
white which is Fridays (almost a week old)!  The colors go alphabetically by
color Blue- Green - Red - White - Yellow, Monday through Saturday.  Very easy to
remember. I thought this was interesting. I looked in the grocery store and
the bread w rappers DO have different twist ties, and even the ones with the
plastic clips have different colors.  You learn something new everyday!  Enjoy
fresh bread when you buy bread with the right color on the day you are shopping.

Re: GOOD FACTS TO KNOW

Let us know if it works, Pictus!  But please, no pictures of gnarled feet ok? wink

Some of those work for sure.  But some I never heard of and quite frankly I'm scared -- Kool aid cleans a dishwasher and a toilet, yet people drink this stuff?  Hmm...  Of course, I guess the same is true for Coke.

Excellent, not sure about the WD40 for arthritus though smile

Its not like we are fractions of the whole but rather versions of the whole.

Re: GOOD FACTS TO KNOW

Some of those tips seem amazing, but I don't think I'd put beer in my hair or peanut butter residue in my optical drive. Fun to read though.

Thinkin' the same thing. Dangerous chemicals, anyone?

Re: GOOD FACTS TO KNOW

That WD40 reminded me of a joke. This couple was having problems having children so they went to their pastor to ask for a anointing he said yes but could not find his olive oil to anoint with but he found a can of 3 in 1 oil so he used that. When it came time for the delivery she had triplets. The pastor heard about it and said I am glad I did not use WD40.
