Maybe some aliens will be 'enemies' and others will be 'saviors.' I use quotes, but maybe that's the way it will really be.
That is one likely scenario, for the military to have some staged skirmishes against hostile aliens (played by reptilians) to create the common enemy prophesied by Ronald Reagan, then to push planetary alliance with "good" aliens as our only means of beating the reptilian threat.
Another possibility is that the development of military space weapons is just a ruse to support the image of a paranoid Cabal of human-supremacists using the military-industrial complex to keep earth from contact with "good" aliens who are trying to lead mankind into the golden age. Another spin on the same deception is the idea that hostile reptilians have made secret negotiations with a Cabal and given them the technology to develop a space defense system against the "good" aliens.
At least, these are the scenarios presented in various alien disinfo publications I have come across. There is too much awareness out there of negative aliens existing, so the alien agenda would have to deflect this by devising a scapegoat to take all the blame and leave the rest of the alien deceivers with a clean image.
I have a feeling that the scenario is not yet fully decided, and that public reaction and leakage of information damaging to the agenda is continuously analyzed to adjust the end game. Maybe if enough awareness spreads, chances of success drop so low that they would have to call off the whole thing and go home. Or maybe someone can just upload a virus to their mothership
