We had a thread recently about holosync and other meditation aids. Personally I think holosync stands out above the rest. I have had a lot of improvements mentally and emotionally since I started using the entry level about a year ago. Drawbacks are ridiculous cost and the surfacing of a lot of unconscious material which can cause some distress (they warn you about this beforehand). It requires an hour a day, which is kind of good because it forces you to have an hour a day of quiet time. I was listening to a bunch of CDs sent to me by holosync, from a retreat given by Bill Harris, the founder of holosync. He says that his equipment was not advanced enough to produce the frequencies he needed, so he contacted his friend Budd Lowry, who is an ex-Raytheon employee, who had access to some equipment used by the CIA (evidently they are using this technology also) in order to produce the soundtracks. Bill Harris says "God knows what they are using it for." I got the image of a cell tower for some reason.
