There's a book out called "Awakening the Third-eye" by Samuel Sagan, M.D., that gives a great understanding of what to do to awaken the 6th chakra, he also tell's you what to expect.   I've read this book and really enjoyed it, and picked up loads of tips.

One other thing I can give you but I'm not sure you're interested is a small device called a dream enhancer, which you just put under your pillow and it can give you more vivid and lucid dreams, it's crystal device with a few other things and is somewhat inexpensive.  I've had some interesting dream's with this and also some obe's but not anything spectacular.

By and large, the room was an Energetic Configuration to accommodate the Deep Journeys of Discovery.

One thing to pass along:

The Pyramid was originally built to be outside on a concrete slab.

Moved to a different house and it was rebuilt inside - The instant the side pieces went into place, it went into a Resonance of Deep, Slow Pulsations that were not only a full body Experience but it felt like the whole room went into the same Rhythm - Gad !!!

Had trouble sleeping for two or three nights and thought it would have to be taken down - But adaptation set in and .......

When I started working with Pyramid Energy, a “pyramid calculator"  had been purchased from a place called, “Pyramid Products" - One of those cardboard gizmos where the front disk has windows and you turn the back disk to a given value and it shows the other values relative to it.

The thing to do is take one of the pyramids and put it on the floor and sit in a chair, with it in front of you so you can bend over and put your forehead almost touching the top of the pyramid.

This will charge up your third-eye/6th chakra.  If you get comfortable while doing this you could stay in this position for like 10-15 min. or at least until your back hurts.   If you did this once a day, you would notice things happening as times goes by.   Give it like a week or so before you might notice things.   Move vivid dreams would start to happen, perhaps you might feel light-headed after doing this, which is not a bad sign...it's just the energy in your head.   Also most spontaneous "knowing's" and maybe even clairvoyant flashes might start to happen.    This could be a great way to move forward spiritually.

This would be a cool experiment to try, since charging up this chakra is so important to our psychic abilities.

I set my big paper pyramid on a desk and leaned over it while sitting in a chair lining it up with my forehead. I could feel that immediately. Weird tingling whispy throbbish sort of feeling that almost tickled at times. I held it there for about 10 minutes. Sometimes I thought I was touching it to my forehead but I could lean further down so I know I wasn't touching it. That much is noticeable. I'll keep doing it daily. I think I'm more perceptive in general now than in my past. Sometimes I think I can pick on people or intentions better now than I ever have before.

I can look back and in hindsight think of so many influences that seem to have come together and nudge me in to weirder things and eventually end up here. There's a lot I read on NR I can just nod my head in agreement. I don't really know what I can add sometimes. Everything in my immediate environment wants to tear me away from these topics. So in general, trying to figure it all out, I know too much to put it down and walk away. It's all too interesting and strange to let go of it. But I can see that the others here have a lot of direct experience behind them... so I mostly just try to shutup and listen.

I have the small pyramid that fit's on your head, like the one in the pic.  I can feel the top of my head tingle when I have it on.  I do think this would activate your crown chakra and maybe increase your intuition.

I have pyramid's in my apartment and will try this too.   I have a matal one about 6 inches tall... that I bought from the Internet way back, this would work well for this experiment.   I hope you decide to try it, using paper pyramid's is fine...it really doesn't matter what they are made of for this experiment.

It's good you started to notice the number's and things... just because it was talked about on forums like this one.    When you start to notice these things, it's sort of like a way to raise your awareness, and is nothing to be afraid of.   In fact, you should keep going and start to use your intuition more, that would raise your awareness even more.
