Comcast went down 2 days ago entirely, taking out even the basic cable (and thus TV signal) with it. Problems in a neighboring city or something...

Hah!! Synchronicity. Just 0ne minute before I read your post I was attempting to login on another website; tried my name and password 5 times without succeess; then I came here. This has never happened at the pther site under my current login name. Yours was the first post I read. Interesting as usual!

is it just my computer, or the world wide web (creepy term) running slow today? almost every time i am trying to extract information, i get a message like, "page not responding" or "that option not available" or what have you.

i'm gonna take that as a hint to stay off of it for a while and go and run errands.
