OK, considering the above, free will can indicate a benign or malign agenda. The amount of free will one exhibits indicates how conscious one is of the Universe, because more awareness of the Universe leads to more choices to make. If an entity seeks to reduce the free will of another entity, by imprisonment or some other means, they are stalling the evolution of consciousness of that entity. For example, if a human is physically imprisoned and their actions are reduced to that of a pet animal, where they only eat, sleep, and sit around thinking; then this opposes the the evolution of consciouness via more awareness of the Universe. If one is given books to read while imprisoned, this slightly increases the potential for awareness. Et cetera. If one seeks to reduce the free will of another, this indicates a malign agenda because they need the other's free will reduced for the purpose of control. And any type of control is contradictory toward developing greater awareness. Greater freedom of choice, and freedom of action, is conducive to developing more awareness.

I enjoy your thoughts, however I have a few cents to put on the table.

What if the life of the (innocent) man who goes to prison was predestined? What if it was a crucial event intended by intuition or whatever grande cycle master-plan of "every little teensy weensy experience" of lessons. One must suffer in one life to live a joyous life...or so I think. It's even more complicated than that, but I think that's more up to each of us individually to reflect upon. We live in 3rd Density STS existence because we CHOSE to. We live as beings with amnesia. A result of birth and the battery-cased bodies that have been tuned down. We chose to live here because we want to enjoy extremities. We love roller-coaster, adrenaline pumping concepts and innovations. We marvel, we glow, we sweat, we sleep, we wake up and seek more green grass.

I think the web is too tangled to indicate situations as being prey/predator. Every action is symbolic of higher and lower structure. Things do not happen without the law of free-will being properly executed. Someone buys or sells. Existence has this structure, dualities and zero's (black hole + star = 0?). Going to prison may have been deserved and in higher-spiritual thinking, earned by the person going to prison, to experience whatever there is to experience. I bet souls even put their hands up for lives like "Who wants 25 years of slow-torture?!?"

"Me!!!! Oh god, please say I can!!"

Then we get over here and we forget everything due to birth, except for a small intuitive sense or rather drive that runs through our degenerate 2-strand DNA structure and a dwindling-rusty pituitary gland.

Now this probably seems very simple and obvious to many of you, but as a skeptic I like to start with simple concepts and apply them to bigger scenarios in order to see what can logically be deduced.

You're definately not alone. You're describing "As Above, So Below". The alchemists that are the kings of this world follow those 4 consecutive words as we do the ABC's.

A good example is psychedelics. Why does government seek to prohibit use of say, psychoactive mushrooms?

Anything that distorts the programming of the "masse" is going to be attacked and leashed by the governing parties. That's elementary my dear Johnson, as our culture is of material logic (left-brain) rather than right-brain theories, which are based on intuitive foreplay.

This has been called a service-to-self realm. If this is the case, then there must also exist a realm where greater awareness is encouraged, called a service-to-others realm.

Yes. You're describing C-transcript/Ra ideology.

To begin this discussion I'm going to make some assumptions:

1. Humans have an amount of free will.
2. The more conscious an entity is, the more free will it has. A rock has little or no free will. An insect has more free will than a rock. A human being has more free will than an insect. This leads to the probability of entities existing with more free will than humans, and possibly an Absolute entity that has absolute free will. Which leads me to...
3. Consciousness evolves among lifeforms and becomes greater in the evolutionary process.
4. Awareness, in the Universal sense, is synonymous with consciousness.

Now this probably seems very simple and obvious to many of you, but as a skeptic I like to start with simple concepts and apply them to bigger scenarios in order to see what can logically be deduced. A good example is psychedelics. Why does government seek to prohibit use of say, psychoactive mushrooms? Because they are physically harmful? No, the LD50 (lethal dose) of most strains of psychoactive mushrooms is far, far beyond the recreational doses taken for the psychedelic experience. Then one can logically conclude that government does not want people obtaining the knowledge that can be gained from a psychdelic experience. They seek to limit awareness. Thus it can be concluded that the government, in this area, has a malign agenda.

Control, limit, protection. These are keywords in identifying a reduction of freedom, and thus a reduction of free will. While it seems necessary in our world to limit, control, and protect people, via laws, these laws are, in the Universal sense, diametric to developing greater awareness. It may be concluded by some, as several channeled sources espouse, that our world is inherently opposed to greater free will by its very nature. This has been called a service-to-self realm. If this is the case, then there must also exist a realm where greater awareness is encouraged, called a service-to-others realm.
