Do you know if water makes a good shielding against all those signals? I watched some movie once in which a guy built like a glass bubble in his swimming pool and made his telephone calls from there. This way he avoided other guys from electronically snooping on his conversations.

I don't have TV at all and I listen to music very rarely. It's interesting to note that whoever put that "jukebox" in my head works with the material that is already there. In other words, the songs that play in my head are all familiar songs that I had heard before, but the funny thing is that I heard them such a long time ago so that it is really strange that they pop up in my head now, all of a sudden.

You would be grounded, and any signals hitting the foil would be grounded through you. This means your body becomes an antenna carrying that oscillating signal to/from ground. It's not much different from attaching your feet to one electrode of a signal generator and your head to the other electrode. It just pumps that signal through your body.

Being barefoot would be fine so long as you don't wear the hat. The hat makes you a better antenna to radio/microwave EM signals. If the hat is not electrically connected to you, the concave side of it could still function like a microwave chamber because it is not enclosed on all sides so any signals that come in through the open side (from your head / body / neck) bounce around in there. Therefore the best course of action is to cut off the signal before it even enters your body, which is by grounding the hat itself and keeping it from touching your skin.

If you can afford a zapchecker, then I recommend getting one. There are similar meters, some with additional functions, available at trifield.com. They are useful for finding EM deadspots in your apartment to move your chair or bed, or for testing out different methods of blocking microwave beams.

As for implants, I haven't yet detected any with mine. If it's necessary to expose yourself to a radio/microwave source to make it reflect off a supposed implant in order to make the implant detectable, then you have to watch out for false positives from the EM re-emitting naturally according to your body conductivity and geometry.

Otherwise it becomes a resonant cavity where EM waves bounce around in and fry your brain, or a conductive antenna that send microwave signals straight into your skin.

I think mythbusters did a show once on tinfoil hats, and came to the same conclusion.

If being around the slew influential waves bothers you,  perhaps you might consider a tour through a public cave.  I went to a couple a few months ago, 1/2 mile into rock and earth, very quiet, very peaceful.

I have learned that shoes are an insulator of electrical currents. Therefore you are cut off from the Earth just by wearing rubber soled shoes. So would being barefoot on Mother Earth effect the outcome in any way?

There is so much stuff going on in my life so that I am getting confused about what is genuine psychic phenomena and what is manipulation. I also get a feeling that something or somebody is trying to stop my exploration of the dream and astral worlds. In my waking life it has become very difficult to be aware of my surroundings and thought processes - there is an incessant barrage of internal dialogs and songs in my head as if there is a TV set in my head and somebody is constantly flipping the channels. And when I go to sleep and try to do astral projections there is something that just knocks me out so that I wake up only in the morning. And a lot of other strange stuff...

So, I wonder if there is any measures that I can take to prevent 'them' from messing up with me. Can I make a foil hat? Will it work? How do I make it?

I get a lot of that junk in my head too. It can get very annoying, but I don't think tin foil hats work. I think Montalk's advice is best- just avoid the TV and music for a week or two. Well, that's what I'm going to do anyway since I get annoyed with the endless chatting inside my head. BTW I don't astral project but I do empathize with your problem.

I just got some Neodymium magnets in the mail today which I ordered last week, to see if they might be effective in disabling implants.   I got home and the package was outside my door.   

The moment I walked in the door, the phone rang and it was some guy calling me on a number I have posted in a public place to talk about strange subjects.   The fellow told me he had a history of involvement / contact with military and the intelligence community.  He then specifically asked me about implants and if there was any way to deactivate them.    What a "coincidence," and it fits a widely-reported pattern of surveillance coupled with hint-dropping by those involved to let people know they are being watched.     

I'm not letting it bother me, but there are a lot of people now posting accounts on the web of their own experiences being stalked by secret government agents and cults, often coupled with electronic harassment of various sorts.     From what I can see, this is a very real and very serious problem that is going on today.

Foil hats are a joke, and are dangerous unless:

      1)  No part of it is touching your skin

      2)  It is electrically grounded (wire connecting it to metal cold water pipe or ground hole on electrical outlet)

Otherwise it becomes a resonant cavity where EM waves bounce around in and fry your brain, or a conductive antenna that send microwave signals straight into your skin.

Metal has little or no effect against non-EM waves like scalar or etheric energies. For that, try something like silk.

If you are barraged with internal dialogue and nonsense, watch out for dietary aggravators like caffeine, chocolate, potatoes / tomatoes, excessive sugar and refined carbs. I found it also helps to starve out the internal babbler by going a week or two without listening to music or bombarding your brain with constant news headlines, television, and other information junk food. You can try practicing focused concentration for ten seconds at a time, maybe concentrating on the sound of silence or your breathing. Yes there are artificial and external manipulations designed to dramatically increase the internal frenzy, maybe through some kind of beam technology or posthypnotic command to go into adrenal overload, but if you stand up to it and exert your willpower and relaxation techniques, it can be beat. As for astral and dream manipulation, still working on that.
