I saw a demo of this technology years ago on TV. Some enginering students in japan where working on it. The guy stood on the street and a camera filmed what was behind him and it was projected on his shirt. Really neet stuff. I'm sure they'll use nano tech to embed materials with the necessary components to eliminate the remote camera/projector.
