You can add onions or herbs for more flavour.<br /><a href="http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/article/211.html">http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-loc … e/211.html</a></p><p>I think adding about 25% hemp seed flour really turns the bread into a far more nutritious product and i would avoid white flour at all costs as its just empty calories with practically zero nutrionanal value, just body clogging gluten and poor quality carbs while the wholemeal wheat flour at least contains some nutrition and not had it bleached out.</p>]]></description>
