Pictus could you check out his right eye(zoom in) at 4:14 and 5:15 there seems to be weird clicking noises when he blinks.

Why don't you guys go to good photography studio, and ask about the effect?

When your teeth is bad you go to a dentist.
When your car is bad you go to a mechanic.

Go to a good studio and do not act like a native indigenous lost in the middle
of the amazon forest, who never had contact with our civilization and when they see
an airplane in the sky, they think it is a demon/dragon.

Why do you not see this much in TV/photos is because is not a desired effect!
But when the light setup is wrong...

The video is good quality and i dont think lighting can make somebody look this reptilian if thats the case it should be normal to see people eyes to turn into slits.

While certainly a little strange this video is definitely not evidence of anything.

It always amazes me when people to come the most incredible conclusions from looking at highly compressed YouTube videos. I guess not everyone knows much about digital video but it's easy to see things that aren't really there because of the nature of compressed video that becomes highly pixelated. The white flash is certainly a bit weird and probably not down to pixelation but there are more obvious explanations such as a light being moved in the background or perhaps even a bulb exploding (which might explain the noise).

It looks like the original video will have been shot using professional broadcast quality video, possibly DigiBeta or Beta SP. My bet is that if you were to some how get a copy of the original uncompressed video you would see something a whole lot different and more explainable.

You should never ever come to definite conclusions from subtle anomolies in highly compressed videos.

Wow, no one thinks this is legit. I guess I'm by my lonely on this one. I've analyzed this clip at 35 seconds from a few different angles: I say this is George struggling to maintain human form. I remember an article on educate-yourself.org talking about how it was reported that it looked like Al Gore was loosing his human form when he appeared on some live broadcast or something like that. Perhaps, we will see more of this type of thing in the future.

Doesn't Bush have some false teeth or a bridge or something? When false teeth pop around in someone's mouth it can look kinda disconcerting, so maybe that's it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not at all a fan of Bush, and astrally speaking he may be pretty nasty reptile... but I dunno if this is physical evidence of such.

These videos and similar pictures have come up often, I think we are desperate for proof that there is something sinister going on.

Whether or not these ?people? are human is sort of irrelevant. We do have proof of their actions and misdeeds.

I too would love to see a clip that shows one of these people shifting, but the authenticity would be argued over endlessly.

I always just get the image of the 2 aliens in upside-down test tubes from The Simpsons in my head and laugh, because it is too true. It doesn't seem to me that a Rep would need to actually inhabit the body of someone they wanted to 'steer', thay have many other marvelous methods...... J
