That being said, I was a stand up comedian and writer for a couple of years and am now working on my first novel. Take that errrrr...whoever!

Ayahuasca - one of my parents lives in London, and the other lives in the South-West (near Devon!) so I've had experience of living in both regions. Energetically, they're completely different. London has a vibrant, buzzing feel to it which is fun for a while, but I can't stand it for too long - I find it too stifling, too claustrophobic. The South-West has a far more relaxed, heavy energy which makes me sleepy, but like you said, there's a strong sense of freedom here. Anyway, I hope things work out for you if you go ahead and move to "the Illuminati capital of the world"

I may be soon be falling out with my kids school as in the UK fingerprinting of kids as young as 5  is becoming is occuring.

Wow! I didn't know that. That's pretty f*cked up. It's weird that I keep reading about how bad the UK is getting, but here in Devon, where I've now lived for 9 months, I've never felt so free or seen so little surveillance in this country. I should probably stay here! However, due to mental illness (just kidding!) I'm probably moving to London very soon!! I doubt it'll be for very long but it feels like a necessary thing for me to do right now. But I'm sure it'll be fun living in the Illuminati capital of the world! Heh! Does anybody else here live in London?

But at any rate, congrats to you.  Oh, and regarding this:

....so you noticed this too?     So true.  The so-called classics are boring to me.  The same authors, the same books, taught the same way in every school nationwide, decade after decade.  It's old and tired, and never mind that in my opinion, many of these books are dull dull dull, with a hefty dose of more dull tossed in and aren't even well written.  Hemingway?   Overrated.  I've met so-called nobody's who wrote better and more interesting than he did.   Jane Austin and the Bronte sisters?  Writing about stuff I don't care about and can't relate to.   They wanted us to read "Wuthering Heights" in 10th grade English class in Connecticut.  I refused.  It was dull and I didn't care, and I'm not doing it, period.  I instead read my own books during class, then took the test on a book I never read and got a C.  There were people who actually read the book and paid attention during those 2 weeks of the lesson, and took notes who only got a B- or a C, so ha, there you go.    But I've just never gotten why many of these "classics" are considered to be so.  Maybe I'm ignorant, I don't know, but I've heard from SOOO many people over the years that most books put them to sleep so I know it's not just me.  These books aren't interesting and aren't always well written and it bothers me that they're held up as being so great.

Anyway.  I'm digressing, getting off onto a side tangent about what makes good writing (LIFE SPARK) and why most books seem to lack it.   The real issue is the thought police, and what the implications are about so-called "people" who reacted the way that the woman did to you.  So congrats again on standing your ground!
