A: be fertilized, which is the repetitive process of creation
and B: grow ,which is the the individual persons life and in turn their creations lives

I am going to make this personal and share that the things I have been intuitively doing this year are actually fertilizing and enlivening my DNA that contains all of the information needed to actively create a whole human being, as You mentioned.  It needs to go through the fertilization process to begin growing into a whole human and I am doing that by meditating and by taking in the sunlight visually(story shared here in Sungazing thread) and following up with gratitude walks...methodically.
I have also done other things...one of the processes is laid out in Duane Henkle's book: The Ascension Guidebook, it was a tremendous experience, the 4 step process shared with those in my personal life that I love and love me.

It is a wonderful thing to have this brought forth through many different venues...and it has been happening consistently for me.  This is a great Forum of sharing and openness and love!

Coming from my point of view, the first part sounds a lot like a statement coming straight from the Demiurge.

The rest dwells on things that are apparent, but also highly transitory. Much like the way a high school student would be able to understand and apply algebra and deeming themselves superior to a child in kindergarden, but then insisting insisting that this is a permanent advantage.

4and nothing in any dimension anywhere could ever come to know this perfection, for the perfection shall never be fully achived

5because no matter how much variablity is achived there will allways be mor beings who will imagine more and more variables for the universe to take into account
