You Are That

Think of yourself as a cell, a tiny living cell in a body, a body of such magnitude that we, if we try, can guess only a fraction, a small fraction of the significance of our part in the whole.

Think of yourself as a note, a musical note from an instrument, one of many in a mighty orchestra. The orchestra is performing a symphony of such rare beauty and depth, those hearing it weep with joy.

Think of yourself as a complex being, a being whose life is inextricably interwoven within a planetary sphere of life. The planet is a speck in a galaxy, which in turn is a speck in an unfathomable universe of galaxies.

Think of yourself as an integral piece of a puzzle: this mysterious existence we find ourselves in, this magnificent existence which defies definition, this miraculous existence which holds us within itself even as we hold it within ourselves.

   I kept coming back to that concept though.  I felt like somewhere else I was trapped but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how or even in what way I was trapped.  I never woke up and saw myself in a cylinder, but the them of us being trapped in cylinders somewhere seems to keep coming up.  It's a very curious concept.

Then I should also mention I have a round bruise on my solar plexus. I just noticed it one morning :( I  don't remember where it came from and it never hurt. It hasn't faded either two months on

You should take a picture, document it.  Jot down the date, if you can remember, or at least a close approximation.  Don't know for certain if you're an abductee, but there's definitely suspicious indicators, from what you're describing. If you're interested to look closer and pursue the possibility that "stuff" may be happening to you start looking to see if there are any other signs and symptoms....

The scariest part was there was a figure standing beside me writing something on a clipboard and I could sense others ahead of me and behind me in other cylinders!!!!

I panicked again, not realizing it wasn't "real"...........was it?

What you described sounds like abduction-related stuff.  Whether human or "alien," I don't know, but it has many of the same components.  Figures writing on clipboards while stuff is being done to you - very MILABS-esque.  Being in cylinders in general, sounds like both alien or MILABS.  And most important of all - having your sense of reality screwed with - more MILABS-related stuff.  I had a dream back in 2002 where I was shown what realitiy would be like without the "matrix program" in place in parts.  (back story - it had been revealed to me that certain areas of this world are now actually in fact holographic projections, filling in the void where "stuff" has gone missing.  While I believe in the concept of holographic inserts, in fact, Barbara Marciniak talks about it as well in "Bringers of the Dawn," I don't believe the explanation as given to me, BUT, who knows....) So this human male abduction "Them" is narrating off to the side in this "dream," showing me one of these reality voids - it scared the crap out of me at the time, and I woke up with my heart racing, nerves on end, adrenaline surging.  I felt like I had been hovering in a black empty void of nothing.

Was what I experienced the real situation with reality?  Probably not.  Was someone messing with me?  Clearly. Your situation could be an abductino-related memory of some sort, or something being done to you in the astral/etheric, I don't know.  I still don't know how it all works.   I don't think people just have these types of dreams like what you described, or what I had unless "somebody" is involved with them on the side - abductions or what have you.  So something definitely seems to have occurred to you, above and beyond normal dreams, but what that something is, I'm not sure.  It's worth investigating though, see if you have other signs of having been taken/programmed.

I have been having a lot of difficulty lately remembering my dreams. I used to have OBE's quite regularly and would soar through the air at night. It was the most liberating feeling. Over the past 5 months I have spotty recall of dreams and haven't had a flying dream in as long as I can remember.

So it scared me when I recalled two dreams I've had lately had about being trapped in a pod or coffin like contraption just before waking! Both dreams were lucid, and so realistic I was relieved when I woke up.

Could this be the reason I can't fly anymore. Are they grounding us now!???  Last night I was catapulted out of my body unexpectedly and I flew around a futuristic looking city. There was no visual cue for this in my waking life. I was totally lucid and everything was in crystal clear digital. I could see signs, colors, everything and felt the wind on my face.

Just as I started to really look at the signs I physically felt myself slammed back down and woke up. I think we really are living in a matrix. I now believe we aren't seeing what is really going on around us and are living in a crafted reality. Literally, not just psychologically!

Has anyone else had trouble dreaming or with OBE?

Captan, graceful answer. I remember to south america to sample a plant there with others... Then aliens would arrive and take them all to a world with a big dome. The people were all playing in this place and all remembered each other after the plant session. never has this explanation or place been recorded in that part of the world throughout history. there was a crucifiction of a god man around 33AD but the experience written by a spiritualist Stuart Wilde was quite the reality i would expect.

It is fact that several people can be hypnotized intensely by aliens. so the experience can be manipulated by higher minds.

Your ideas remind me of him. Yet i wonder, two soul mates, travel ing OBE to Saturn 5000BC. and coming back to tell the others in their magical circle or camp site or wherever. at least one person in history may have elaborated the idea for a novel or movie but we have very little fantasy, because there is very little written fact. It must be easy for whole groups to travel together, i have researched this. but the concept seems vaguely written. always I am feeling a lie somewhere.

we must be the bravest to come here if beings greater than us do not find courage....That sounds so cute, but i cannot see this as true, when there are many desperate to be here. Maybe all these spiritual teachers have risked great amounts to come down to this island of pain pleasure pain pleasure ...sensation..

OBE is impossible for me until i fix my halo, so, i am one foot outside this 3d and the hinting all around suggests that things are not really as they are made to be....like history, the other realms, space...time... all these concepts are constantly hinting invalid, invalid... When no proof arrives to quash these feelings, I ask silly questions...

There is nothing outside Earth. That was my first assumptive discovery..

Then I noticed that group OBE sessions were contrived or perhaps subjective to an outside source I think. There was and is no central place for OBE travellers to congregate..

THANKS janzenjan. there is no need to know. I always see this as crucial to knowing. That is how I have been these twenty years, but the messages grow louder. i suppose if i inore the fact that the pain on the wall is blue, i will see the rest of the room as the sun begins to rise ???

I can see a bottom line on something our imaginations are. powerful more than i can actually imagine. How's that for knowing ?? hehe

I believe that it is easy to impression upon all humans a grey body suit alien. i question whether the image of an elf is no longer a scarey image to present to the blind humanity. i question everything though. I hear no writings of what the elves are doing for us enough to sigh and think that a plan a, plan b etc are set up... secrecy secrecy is not my happiest handicap to bust...so i question....i think we are the greatest originators and this place is pretending to be concrete because we all agree....that's the power of imagination over matter but we don't know it...until i can experience anything on paper...we have many images of 4th dimensional...any elves seen by anyone? i know i won't get an answer. i never did the last time...that is another reason why i question...answers do not fit the bill as we really do not know..do we?

as there is no proof of space the universe, but for what the nasa Freemasons tell us, dimensions exist as much as we believe or are manipulated to believe, why not question the reality of spirits and time as these may actually be also subjective data created perhaps by our beliefs around our fears. as they say, satan is nothing with our humanity believing in such things as good and evil. collectively of course

There is no need to do what we are doing.

From my experience all those entities exist, and in some instances they are just different names for the same thing.  It seems to me that you will not get a consistent description of the outer worlds because they may be infinite.  In this universe alone the earth is but an atom as to the earth.  Outside this universe their may be an infinite number of planes as well.  Infinite may mean endless or just too much for your puny matter based brain to comprehend.  Don't worry about this limitation it does not exist outside the body.  This universe is the solid universe, where things are for the most part rigid structured and held together.  From what I see is that the further you move from the concrete universe into the dimensions that lay parallel, less permanent things are.  Things assume shapes that they identify with and don't need to be designed for to operate in a physics based environment we have here.  Occasionally things will bleed through from the outer realities and will have phenomenal powers, but the more an entity synchs with the concreteness of the universe, the more they must obey its laws.  Its why the fairy tale creatures, and the archons are afraid to come here.  Here you can be trapped physically as well as mentally within the physical confines of the mind.   You can also be destroyed here, at least your physical body. 

I assume OBE's would be similar to the journeys I took, and there are just too many places to go and things to see to ever expect people to be going the same places and giving the same recollections.  Quite a few of the aliens we see meddling with us here are just slaves or puppets of beings from the outer realities that are to afraid to come to the physical themselves. 

As far as the fairy tale creatures, and spirits I think they are more of a shiftless group of entities that does not really work together but may form in groups to discuss how they may individually help out here, or just to show up and take a look at the mess we've gotten ourselves in . 

I have found that I can go to these places naturally but my higher mind has put blocks against me seeing and even remembering that I can go to this place, simply because going to some of these places is so terrifying.  Every time I go there I have to deal with the horrible pain of ego death as it realizes how wrong and stupid it has been in my life. 

Personally if I realize that if I open the doorway to go to these places I have to become very strong first or I will literally go insane trying to balance what is going on here on earth, and then seeing on the outside that we are like puppets in a play who are being terrorized by some of the patrons on the outside, and helped by the others that are heartbroken by the decisions we have made.  I know when I go there, that to remember what I see there will most likely destroy the person I am here.  I will lose the ability to relate to people here.   I will tell you that going to these places is not something that can be taken lightly, you may be protecting yourself from OBE memories on purpose.

this pdf is cute, but seems to be packed with theories. the astral is for a reason or at least must be teeming with life ???  wish i could read more on what life there really is and how much dynamic in the community differences compared to here.

there is a problem with my obe, I cannot remember where I go if i ever do. So I do the google reasearch and for years to have found no scrap of evidence of detailed alien or spirit culture of any kind other than what they do around us. if many people do obe, where are the reports of what the hidden ones do in personal life? Do they entertain with positive or negative art? do they need to entertain ? do they harmonize or struggle with their communities, are they vast or small, what is their spirit purpose? etc etc etc. By now my questions fill a book and the answers fill ....well.

Look in any obe report or manual and you will find nothing on alien or spirit culture visited, just single or small entity groups dubiously of many varying shapes and sizes. i have seen many different ones myself, but I do not trust their validity. This scares the shit out of me, because spirits are easy o create from holographic technology one reads about from time to time. why no places that millions have visited from this side, no satirway to heaven written about or hell beckonning. surely many of the goths would have written about their trip to hell etc?

And all the mystics and ancient cultures, no evidence of the places they have visited, we just cannot follow them through the words they left except through the inner. . Is there really a spirit world?

I need to show the evidence. a talley of minds who all agree. is there any?
