I have a copy of that Harry Stine book "Amazing Mind Machines", I got 5 yrs ago. Must be out-of-print now or something. An interesting device was described, a "wishing machine". He puts an intent, or a photo of someone he wanted to heal, in between 2 small sheets of copper, connects it to a small audio amplifier which then transmits to a small antenna. He claimed it worked so well to heal his daughters warts that he got scared of what kind of powers he was dealing with. Also claimed a group of scientists tested it successfully to clear an infested field of crops at a great distance.

Fascinating: the story of the scientists who experimented with the machine and afterwards had success with a simple DIAGRAM of the machine.

Throws a whole new light on angelic and demonic sigils in magick... perhaps AC was right and they are merely portions/circuits of the human mind (the old sinner used the word "brain" in the statement)

On a side note, I was truly the Breakfast of Iggigi today.. ranting and cursing and getting pains in the solar plexus and stomach over a very stupid thing.

My fridge/freezer decided to stop working for about/at least 24 hours, long enough for me to have to throw everything out. It is now chilling again normally.

I had the most absurd and emotional reaction to the event and am just now getting over it.

Perhaps an archonic bitch-slap?

Anyway I'm going to give this guy all the info he needs and will keep everyone appraised of his experiments with it.

Thanks for the tips and the synchs... always a fertile ground for both here in the NR.

The radionic device is only used as a focus.

If you are worried about using such a device, don't be. The UK Radionic Association has a list of practitioners, mainly UK but from around the world, some of whom are actually listed on their website : http://www.radionic.co.uk/Pracs4.htm . If you look in the far right column it shows if they work on soil and crops, etc.

So you do not necessarily need an Hieronymus machine to work on soil, crops, etc.

Interview between John W. Campbell and T. Galen Hieronymus : http://www.svpvril.com/Hier.html

Sometimes simple devices are all that are required, try Uncle Chuckie's website : http://www.geocities.com/c_cosimano/psionics.html

Today a nice fellow came to me to see about translating some recorded phne conversations between a radionics researcher and a certain "heironymous", who invented a psionically-controlled machine that supposedly can be used for distance healing of animals, plants and soil.

He wants to know if there's enough in fo in the 11+hours of recordings to build a prototype machine himself.

I was wondering if Sensei or others familiar with radionics/orgonomy have any info on this invention, because if i can get him what he needs without doing all that extrapolation (conversations are badly recorded and diverge for long periods from the tech stuff he wants). If so, i can inform him gratis and save myself some work.

The subject of this "Eloptic energy" (from electric/optic? prisms seem to be part of the machine) is completely new to me, though it seems at first glance to be another guy who re-invented terminology for chi/prana, etc.. in a "tech" paradigm. An interesting consideration i found in a cursory search online suggests that the machine may only be an exteriorisation of inner abilities (an excerpt from "the secret life of plants"):

As quoted in a conversation to the authors of The Secret Life of Plants, Peter Tomkins and Christopher Bird, Galen Hieronymus, a patent holder of a radionics device, said:

Is the force and its manipulations basically in the realm of the psychic? We know that powerful psychics such as Frances Farrelly can produce results with no help whatsoever from a device, but other seem to be helped by a radionics instrument even when, like the De La Warrs, they have well-developed psychic powers. . . I can take an ordinary empty cigar box and mount a tuning dial on top of it. . .By properly setting the dial at a given tuning, some psychics have been able to cure a given disease. I think they do this because they believe that they are using the box, when, in reality, they are using only psychic ability.

Now Reich got put away, Tesla's stuff got sequestered, but this guy apparently got a patent and approval... i'm in a bit of a quandry on this.

Any input? Thanks a bundle..
