I think it's understandable for your energy to be low considering recent events; these things really knock the stuffing out of us for a while!

I have been finding that i am drifting in and out of researching "all of this"... my wanting to know can go from really strong to nothing, does anyone else experience this?  I guess it would be just getting caught in normal every day life.  Have been very low on energy also for the past week or so.

I am totally exhausted today so I dont think I will be able to contribute much!  Found out last night that one of my old work collegues passed from Cervical Cancer which she didnt tell anyone she had in the first place.  We were all close at my old job so it came as a bit of a shock.  She was only 38 and has two young boys, sad.  I will miss her.

Then I found myself in a cafe type place in Switzerland and me and my friends got talking to a group of girls. Next thing I was on a plane and sitting next to one of them and we hit it off really well for what seemed to be a long time. 

I did meet a Dutch girl on a flight to Thailand a couple of years back and we got along like a house on fire. We kept in touch for over a year and if I hadn't been spoken for I'd have definatley tried to make a go of it with her (Amsterdam doesn't take long from my local airport). It's one of those where I often wonder what would have happened. She'd been seriously ill a while before I met her and I sometimes wonder if she's ok.

Anyway...I seem to be straying from the point somewhat. It may have been related to my mom; I was a bit stressed on that particular day so maybe it was a comforting presence afterall. I'll make a proper go of it tonight and put a sincere effort into asking, then I'll update you on the result.

Last year I lived one house away from a graveyard, I live in a small town far from anywhere really so the graveyard was not a big one and it didnt make me feel uncomfortable.  I was fast asleep one night, I think in astral travel when I felt something holding me down on the bed and pushing really hard on my chest (I was laying on my back) I was aware of it and tried to yell out for it to "go away" something I always say but I couldnt talk or move, I think the reason for this was because I was not "in my physical body" at the time so it took a few seconds, once I got the words out the entity (or whatever it was) went away and did not return at all!  I have not had a physical encounter since (touch wood), I think I am well aware now of how to handle the situation and I feel confident that should anything decide to take me on again I will be oK!  Its weird!

How did you go with asking yourself the question of who it was that put their arm around you?

I don't know anyone who's died recently and the only girls I've ever gotten really close to are still alive and kicking, as far as I know. Like you say, it might not even be related to this physical incarnation but I may try your suggestion and ask who it is.

From what I've learned off other people here, negative entities can be sneaky swines so it could be a covert attempt to pull at my emotions. As far as I'm concerned, anything that disturbes my sleep is invading my privacy and I treat it as such unless the reason for it being there is made fairly obvious or I'm able to suss it out myself soon after.

Your pipe whacking experiences must have freaked you out proper! As a kid I often had terrible re-occuring nightmares. I'd be somewhere non-descript but then I would find myself surrounded by blue shapes that would get closer and closer until they would be on the point of swamping me, at which point I'd wake up...usually having wet the bed. They would be accompanied by a horrid hissing sound that went up and down in pitch while getting louder as they closed in. Sometimes when I awoke I would still be able to hear the sound for a short time. Even now I occasionally hear something that resembles that sound and it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

But yes, I think you're right that maintaining a relatively calm state can deprive them of their food supply, yet from my experience expressing genuine anger towards them can also drive them away. This puzzles me a bit since I thought they would feed off such an emotion, but maybe it's a case of giving as good as you get...or better?

Have you read Montalk's book 'Fringe Knowledge'? In it he touches on the issue of negative entities and dreams, so it's worth checking out. I'm pretty green when it comes to a lot of what's discussed on this forum so I don't tend to post on other threads, but I've certainly found this book a good all round primer on the big scheme of things and it's brought me up to speed somewhat.

As a final thought: During his arm experience, my dad said 'look, are you alright?' and she replied 'I'm the same as you are' as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. Maybe it is.

I remember a time when I was being hassled continuously by the same entity, I was about 5 years old I think and of course I now know the hassling continued because I was unaware of what was happening or how to deal with it.  I would be falling asleep in bed everynight always laying on my stomach, I would just about be asleep and something would hit me really hard across the back of my knees with what felt like a plastic pipe - It was horrible!  Its funny how vividly I remember this seeing as though it was just over 20 years ago now. 

So I guess that would be when it all started for me... has continued in many different ways since then and it still happening now.  Not so scary anymore though, very very interesting though!

Im not sure that I have had the sexual energy encounters, I think the one where you felt someone put their arm around you would actually be someone linked to you somehow, if it was non sexual then it could be someone who close in the way of a relative or someone but then they could have nothing to do with your current physical self so it could be a hard one to work out, maybe ask who it is in your head just prior to going to sleep, you may wake with the answer... let me know how you go

I have had to work out a similar one before, I had a visit from a young guy probably about 20 years old, I had no idea who he was and now cant remember exactly what he said but he did warn me that I needed to be careful in my car, I called my Dad in the morning and told him, he suggested I change my routines so I did, I left for work at a different time and left to come home at a different time for a few weeks and Im still here unharmed and no longer own that car so I guess it worked!  I still dont know who this person was though.

The one you had where you were being held on the ceiling whilst being stared in the face by the entity sounds terrifying, although the image of its eventual sad & defeated face made me smile; I'll try to keep it in mind if I ever face such an encounter again.

I'm also quite interested in the way sexual energy can be drained off in a similar manner. Several times I have half awoken from a sexual dream to find myself myself being 'touched up'...without putting too fine a point on it.  Naturally I found myself pleasantly aroused from the experience until it clicked that 'erm...hang on, something isn't quite right here' and then I woke up properly.

On a recent occasion I became aware of a pressure on my bed, like someone slowly laying down next to me and I then felt an arm slip under my own and wrap loosely around my waist. It wasn't sexual at all and for the record, I was sleeping alone. This isn't the first time I've felt the sensation of someone sitting or laying down on the bed beside me as its happened a number of times over the years. Not quite sure what to make of it.

I've had many of the dreams mentioned here. I used to have one recurring every few years or so of an evil presence in my house. I couldn't see anything physical but I would walk around my house looking for this 'thing' to destroy it. The problem was it would manifest in different objects. Sometimes it would inhabit a doll or a plant or a  piece of clothing and I would destroy the object only to find it had moved elsewhere! Very frustrating. I would wake up tired like I'd been fighting all night.

One scary one I had in college was when I woke up in my single pitch black dorm room to an enormous pressure on my back. Someone or something was sitting on my back and their hands were closing around my throat! I was so scared I actually willed myself back to sleep instead of waking up because it felt SO real that I didn't want any part of it in a fully conscious state-if that makes any sense.

Another really weird one I had was an astral projection-also in college. It was unmistakeable. I woke up in the middle of the night for no reason, fully conscious-except that there was this loud staticky buzzing in my ears-like a radio tuned between stations. I was like: WTF?! I don't HAVE a radio! then my body started to ROTATE on my bed and I slithered [no other way to describe it] off the bed.

I didn't have any control at this point I was simply in shock and disbelief that this was happening. Remember I felt in every respect, fully conscious and awake. It was not a dream. Once I had slithered off the bed onto the floor i kept moving on my stomach like a serpent!  During this whole time, the sensation of incredible energy was coursing through me. It was like nothing I had ever felt before. I felt like I could kill anything-I felt all powerful, predatory, and incredibly strong.

I think that I may have been possessed by a reptilian entity.

It's only recently that I've come to this conclusion. At the time of the dream I knew nothing of reptilians or alternative theories, but I remember thinking immediately afterwards that I was behaving like a snake and I also remember thinking that I had vampirish capabilities while having the 'dream'

i used that christos invocation when the greys hassled me, it works wonders.  that godumentary website requires more reading.  i spent some time there yesterday.  its one that has been around a long tine, but is all looking new these days.  dont know what to make of the arcturians.

i been dreamin my ass off lately, and all 'bad' stuff, but no manipulations that i can wake up and remember.  lots of dead relative stuff though.  i feel them getting closer as the veil thins.  like theyre trying to communicate but it's not them really.  tricksters showing up but no creatures.

I tried to get up, but was being pushed down by some force. I was really angry and used all my force to push myself up past it. I ended up 'in the air' with the duvet 3 foot above the bed. I looked at Mrs me and wondered why she wasnt complaining about the duvet.:).  Then I tried to get to the little shit and it was like there was a brick wall in between me and it, and by the time I got past it, the entity was gone. I ran outside to chase it and outside the landing turned into a  farm house, and I realised it was a dream.

Prior to this I had been reading a lot of posts on NR about the negs and how powerful they were and how powerless we are against them, and the posts were quite depressing ,I must admit I was sucumbing to fear a bit, by letting the futility of it all play on my mind.

I spoke to my HS as soon as I awoke, and he said that I shouldnt be afraid, it was just an illusion, a holographic projection. He said I should maybe stop reading all these negative things, and concentrate on more positive thoughts, ( I was pissed off with my HS at this, as I said the band on my head didnt feel like an illusion (which it obviously was)).  I was annoyed that we couldnt fight back.  My HS seemed to say just sit there and observe, which I felt was bullshit. Then someone on here posted the Godumentary site link, and I read that invocation...

That's given me great hope and strength. I am learning this off by heart, it is a powerful mantra.

I don't think that is the last episode though, as I believe we have now entered the 4th dimension, a place we would not normally go, until we actually die. This is like the 'purgatory' that people went to after death. And it is going to get worse, the nearer we get (we are only on the outer edges of the 4th dimension now). 

I know people have said many times on here about the reality within a reality (eg -sheeple following the 'false' light at the end of the tunnel, to be recycled again in the loosh farm), and I believe the only way to escape this is to raise your vibrations to the 5th (6th?) dimension. We have to convince ourselves that we really do belong there, we have done nothing wrong, we are already perfect and we have a right to go back home.

Is this how you do it.??

Once you manage to get there (the Higher Dimensions), in spirit,  cut the cord, from that side. 
Easy to say, and much harder to do, I know, but much better than being stuck here forever.

At least its a Plan B, if the shit really starts hitting the fan.:D

Interesting about the eyes.  That strikes some sort of chord in me, but I can't consciously remember anything about it.
