I really enjoyed the section on building frequencies.
I have wanted to build a geodesic (sp?) dome since I remember hearing about them.  The cool thing is that I am getting closer to manifesting that one... well still a couple of years away, but it's definately happening.  Anyways, it is cool to see something like that that backs up what my intuition has been telling me for years... rectangles and squares... are too square... hmmm.. and all the experiences I've had with little shadow 4th D critters were almost always coming from the corners of rooms... interesting... dead energy there... ahh I digress.

The first is for each of us to work on progressively realizing who we really are. Once we are on track with this, we can start to activate the ‘real’ us, discarding all sorts of psychological masks and fronts in the process. It is absolutely essential in this transformational time that we are true to ourselves above all else. The process of discovering our real selves means that we can start to be true to this authentic aspect of who we are, and not to some false personality we wear as a psychological mask.
