Speaking for myself personally I don't see how the masses can place faith in any singular government...........how on Earth would they put their faith in a One World government that is being runned by the same people?

John, the masses are already doing a smaller form of this with their acceptance of the EU.   

Baby steps.   That's how it works.  You don't spring something on the public all in one lump.   You introduce / indoctrinate them slowwwwly, in baby steps.   And when need be, you pull out that old tried and true method called "Probem - Reaction - Solution", which I'm sure you're aware of, so I won't go into it here.     Those two things right there.   Slow indoctrination and P-R-S. 

First they got about 12 European nations into the new European Union.  And bit by bit they added 5 new countries here, 7 new countries there, until now they're up to at least 20 countries I think, probably more.   That's a HELL of foot in the door to one world government if I ever saw it..............................And the people of Europe have just accepted it.   Can you believe we live in a world where the Deutchmark, the Pound, the Lira, the Frank, et al no longer exist??   I never thought we'd see such a thing.  But it's happening.   And what are they using?   Their "one currency" Euro, with its tracking strip and other "NWO Conspiracy Theory" accessories.    All the stuff that was just conpiracy talk 15 years ago.

Come on, it's already happening.   The masses are pretty stupid and unaware, apparantly.   You even say as much by the end of your post.  They've tolerated Bush, they've tolerated the EU, they don't care.   As long as they can put food on their table (put food on your family!.....haha, sorry, bad Bushism joke....)  and sit down with a beer afterwards to their favorite t.v. shows and sports, they don't care.   They won't care til fit hits the shan and their little "way of life" is interfered with.   If their way of life isn't being interfered with, why do they care if it's all a sham?  They still have t.v.    They still have beer.  They still have that big house with the 3 car garage and the gas guzzling SUV's and Hummers.   They still have their cushy corporate jobs and the nice wardrobe.   They still have their "lifestyle."   And the poor people who don't have all that?   They don't care either.   They know there's nothing they can do, they have no say, no power, so they seem to try to just tune it out and survive another day.    I know because I've worked with both ends of the spectrum, seen people from both worlds and heard their political / current events views....or lack thereof. 

THIS is how a one world government, a one world entity leadership, one world currency, etc. can happen.    Small baby steps, indoctrination, Problem-Reaction- Solution, and a public that either doesn't care or has given up out of a feeling of powerlessness.

I am not entirely sure if the US will merge with the EU.
I don't think that has ever been apart of the Illuminati plan.
Bush and his "Pax Americana" will provoke more enemies than America as a nation can handle.
The agenda is to conquer the Islamic nations, Russia(all of the US bases in these occupied nations are apparently circling Russia) and China.
If "Pax Americana" goes as planned then America is in serious trouble.
The EU will be the new Superpower and of course they'll have a suitable candidate for the EU president.
Its the Anti-christ who will apparently emerge out of the EU that interests me.

I disagree.  If they think that America stands a chance at conquering not only the entire Middle East but Russia AND China to boot, they need to think again!   China has over 1 billion people, and nothing to lose.   We're not conquering anything with them and they know it. 

The plan, as I've understood it from my reading, and from what we're witnessing happening at the moment, isn't the United States marching around the world single handedly conquering and laying waste to every country in its path.   It's the systematic dismantling of this country and then eventually merging it with an even bigger entity.  This is accomplished via the destruction of our country, the Constitution, our currency, and the stripping of our title as "World's #1 Superpower."  Our time is up, and it's been the plan for who knows how long. That's why we see the things happening around us that are happening. The United States making enemies, waging war in the Middle East, the devalueing of the dollar, etc. etc.   

When this country was founded in the late 1700's, the overt control of the Illuminati Brotherhood, based out of England, went covert, with the United States.   We're all two sides of the same coin.  And then when you trace things back you find that the "Brotherhood" moves around from one area of the world to the next, divying up who gets to be the latest great leader / superpower.   The United States, Great Britain, Rome, Egypt, Babylon......and so on down the line.  Trace it back far enough and you're probably looking at off-planetary origins.    So our time is up, they know it, and things are already underway to ensure that we fall and the next superpower rises.  That's why I can totally forsee us merging with the EU.   (and probably eventually Canada and Australia, at the very least.)   World conglomeration is their goal, not separate entities.   Why let the U.S. lie by the wayside when it can be fully integrated with the EU?   

That's just how I see it.  Who knows though.................

Apparently according to a Christian that I have spoken too is that when the Anti-christ appears he'll be promoted by ALL of the religions.
Is there any truth to the rumours that he'll be the head of the EU?
Apparently the European Union is going to be the new superpower that will even surpass the US.

I believe it.  I've believed for awhile that it's just a matter of time before the US dollar converts to the Euro.   

I would think that we'd have to find ourselves engaged in some kind of all out war where we're alligned with some of the European superpowers and where the dollar has collapsed for that to happen.  Otherwise, we'd have no reason / excuse.    It's totally feasible with the way things are currently headed.     The U.S. / Europe alligned against some manufactured Middle Eastern Muslim "enemy".  Financial collapse of the U.S. and the dollar, and final merger with the Euro or even the EU.   

Wonder who the leader of the EU will be?   Any ideas?

(I know!!  Arnie!!   haha    Actually, you never know............he's European, and has ties to both the US and Europe...............could be..........)

Absolutely...blind faith and programming will do them in. Recently came across an additional perspective on this same problem:

  I was an Athiest for a year or so. But my life-span has been shorter than yours lyra, so I've had a more radically changing life...in regards to beliefs and my learning curve. I think it is natural for someone of high-soul-growth to emerge, and due to the engulfing nature of religions, would be very likely to reject faith altogether, searching for an alternative. I never really WAS an Athiest, but I guess I chose it as default at one point due to lack of trust in the options available.

Well, I'm not THAT much older than you.  I'm only 29.      I would classify my life as being radically changing as well, same as you, and in a very short time span.   Instead of taking me til I'm 50 to figure things out I had it all crammed together in the "Reader's Digest Condensed Version" in my 20's, and here I am now.       But yeah, my reason for becoming Atheist was pretty much the same reason that you mentioned.   None of the available options were trustworthy, and in addition to top it off, it was also  for me the "lazy man's out."  I had too many bizarre personal experiences which I didn't have answers for, so therefore, I decided to become Atheist so I wouldn't HAVE to think about any of it.  Just say that there's nothing...........now, isn't that sooooo much easier then going round and round and round in my mind, trying to come up with explanations to things that I can't explain??   haha  Well, so I thought.  Eventually it caught up with me, and it became more of an energy drain to continually deny the existance of something greater and beyond us than if I just ignored it.    But instead of going back to that place of confusion and indecisiveness, I made an effort to research things more, leading me to where I am today. 

Thanks too for the clarification on Islam and their belief in Jesus.  And I agree.......it's been all about "divide and conquer" over the years.   The book "The Gods of Eden" by William Bramley gets into this in depth, about how all the world's major religions have been manipulated by "them" (aliens, hyperdimensional controllers, etc.) to divide and conquer us and keep us perpetually fighting.
