Mind control in Zoolander? Well admittedly, that's news to me.  !

I recently saw Zoolander.  Yes, one of the major plot points is about mind control.  It's not even hidden - it's quite surface level.  But the comedy trumps and may hide the revealing elements right there in the open.

A funny movie!  I recommend it.

Plus it's also explicitly about the control hierarchy and if you are in it, you have to do what your superiors say - or else (you're out of the hierarchy).

Yes and do to this post, I have been moved to force myself to "get 'er done". Just got through doing the screen captures... 126 images that I think are important but I'll have to cut that way down for easy surfing/loading. It will be difficult to toss out so many. Bhang, I'm intrigued with this "Zoolander post", do tell!

OK how is this for weird?     I have had one of the earliest books on astral projection printed in America called "The Projection of the Astral Body" by Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington first printed back in 1929, for about 10 years now. It is the most detailed book of Astral Projection I have found and the methods for projection are laid out in easy to understand directions. I keep it next to my bed and constantly review it. I have consciously projected just twice in my life but have gotten to the edge (the sinking sensation or hypnagogic state) but have failed to actually make a full separation again. This is mainly due to little noises that will cause "reprecussion" (jolting back into the body) but these are natural noises, i.e a passing car, a door slamming, the wind, etc.. Yet; as of late, the last two years or so, every time I get settled in bed and make my mind up that I will try to project and relax my mind:...........Bam! You nailed that! This has happened many times to me and it is rather frustrating and demotivating......

Yup, I've had this for other things too, not just the meditating.  For instance:  In Dec. 2001, while living up in Portland, I tried to put myself under self hypnosis to retrieve abduction memories.  I had been taken several times during that time period, with physical residual leftovers and other direct indicators, so, let's see if I can get some memories I thought to myself.   Any memories of what may have happened, even flashes and snippets would be good.  It would be more than I had before.

So, I was laying down in my bed, and began counting to 10 along with regulated breathing and the like to get me into a light hypnotic trance, intending to walk myself into being "under."

Right!  Good luck there.     I'd get as far as 3 in my counting and my brain would "jump."  Words don't do this explanation justice, but basically, it was a case of literally, not being able to count to 10 no matter HOW hard I tried.  Over and over and over again my brain would suddenly become scrambled, chaotic.  There was flashing lights and chaotic movement in my mind's eye, my brain would scramble up, and my thoughts would keep jumping off onto other thoughts.  I'd be deep into other thoughts before realizing.....omg....wait a minute....I was trying to count to 10 and self-hypnotize myself!!  What happened!  ahhh!   And I'd start again -  1......2........3..........JUMP!  Chaos, flashing, movement, brain jumping to something else......I'd be gone for a few minutes and then realize yet again.....wait a minute!  I was trying to count to 10!!  What happened!  Ahhhhh!.....

I had to give up.  I literally couldn't count to 10 to save my life.  Forget actually retrieving any abduction memories.  Something made damn sure that I couldn't access anything.  It doesn't frustrate me, if anything I'm completely fascinated by it.  The brain scramble, chaos and thought jumping further proves that there IS something in there that needs to be retrieved.  It was evidence of something's handiwork.  Pretty cool.    But that's just my funny way of looking at things. 

On a sidenote, back in 2000 I also tried to put myself under to retrieve any past life memories.  I was in my bedroom, and it was quiet, so it was perfect.  I could actually feel myself going under.  I descended a mental staircase, going under, and right as I got to the bottom of the stairs, intending to turn and walk into the room at the bottom that would take me into an important past life.....

BOOM!   There was the sudden loud sound of a sneaker being smacked into the book that was laying next to me on the floor.  It was a big hard cover book, so it was a very distinctive and loud sound.  A rubber sneaker sole smacking into the book.  It jolted me out of my trance....much to my extreme disappointment.  I was right THERE, moments from accessing something.   btw...there was no shoe lying around, and nobody else around.  No way for that noise to have occurred by any natural means.

Maybe a week later I attempted this again.  Was in my room, all was quiet, I was descending the staircase, slipping under, already in a light trance state, and I could feel myself entering into a state that would allow me to access stuff, when suddenly......

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!   My brother decides at that exact moment to get up, leave his room, and come banging on my door to ask me some trivial question.  I was so pissed!    grrrrr. Oh my lord.  Totally blew up, like RRRRRRROWRRRRRRR!!!!!!!   Just went off.  So frustrated.

So, I had to give that up too.  Haven't attempted it again.  Something doesn't like the idea of me and self hypnosis, that's all I can say. 

That's funny because I wrote nearly the same identical thing myself yesterday in an email to somebody, that lately I feel distracted from focusing on things that are important.  Practices and techniques that I need to be doing, important thoughts and ideas that need to be turned into something, like maybe a write up.  Even my log book has fallen to the wayside, where I keep track of ear ringings, number sightings, deja vus, synchronicities, dreams, etc.  Haven't touched it in weeks until forcing myself to log some stuff yesterday.  I'll get an important idea....and literally feel it slipping away from my brain.  Like sand slipping between fingers.  Will intend to work on some particular something at night after work, and get "distracted" by other stuff that's not important.  So, now that I've recognized this, things will change. 

But you know...I am curious......a "Zoolander" post???      You mean, as in the Zoolander movie?

I sit down to do it and suddenly get the overwhelming urge to do something entirely different. To the point where I discontinue working on the computer completely. I've put in hours and hours on quaint post when I know I'm sitting on another mind nuke. I have not been able to complete even the first paragraph without a mega distraction. What's funny is I did not realize this till now. I've been thinking to myself that I just haven't gotten around to it but that is not true. I've been distracted from this and a few other things I know I need to work on concerning my writings/post and personal goals in my life...

As far as that music and voices bit... it's not like I actually hear anything, I sometimes THINK I hear it. It has never been a tune that I can recognize and I have never been to make out any lyrics/words. It's just an oddity that I have taken a mental note on... I also sometimes think I hear voices in running water as strange as that may sound - once again, not always but sometimes.

That's why I am going to look into this mylar thing (if I don't get distracted). I read this once before that mylar could help but for some strange reason I never followed that lead... I will make it a point to try it out. I need to thank you very much for the link to montalk's work. It's bookmarked and I'll be trying it just to see what happens. I've never seriously considered myself being personally targeted for attack but after going through this thread with you Lyra I'm wondering if I'm just one out of many in the neighborhood. Late at night when I can actually hear an audible tone/freq I've noticed that it's about three times a week between the hours of 1:30 a.m. to about 3:30 a.m. I had asked my wife the other night if she could hear it because it was bothering me. She confirmed that she could about 20 minutes later it abruptly stopped. I've always thought of these tones as normal radio/t.v. waves. Of course in the last couple of years I've thought "mind control" but I didn't really buy it, yet after reading in this and other forums some of the experiences of others, I am beginning to think otherwise. I went out tonight looking for strange antennas in the neighborhood and didn't find any, nor did I find a big white van parked out front with a bunch of guys huddled up inside. I will keep looking.

Also I think I hear music sometimes when there is no media playing in my house. Music that is almost audible but I can't make out any lyrics but it sounds like someone is singing/speaking... sometimes my eyelid starts to twitch accompanied by the high pitched freq and a host of paranoid thoughts and what seems like outside influence on my inner thoughts.....

I've had this as well, although not in a long, long time.  Back in my New Age days, I thought this might be music from the angelic realm.  It's usually voices, cantata-style, with a gentle, tinkling music behind it.  Usually I can hear it when my head is on the pillow, but not if I raise up to investigate.  My parents have had this same thing happen, and used to accuse my sister of playing music at night, only to discover when they got up that she wasn't. 

None of us have any other symptoms of schizophrenia, but whatever it is probably does run in families.

But this is no laughing matter. What techniques do you find effective when realizing you may be "having an attack"? - I have had a few symptoms, mainly high pitched frequencies that will change tone and affect my ability to relax.

At first when reading this I thought, "I don't have attacks, at least not like he has, so I don't think I can be much help."  But then I realized, I have had similar stuff to what you're describing here.  There have been times I sat down to try to relax my mind - meditate, if you will, although I'm not really good at it - and suddenly my ear(s) will experience tones and ringing....scrambling my brain, making it completely impossible to hold a coherent thought, let alone "meditate."  This hasn't happened in a long time, but it has happened.  When it did, there was nothing I knew of to be able to stop it.   I now just had "scramble brain" for several hours until it went away. 

This is such a heavy duty topic though because it encompasses so many types of attacks that people can experience.  I'm familiar with the concept of psychic warriors and remote viewers targeting people in order to make them sick or to incapacitate/limit them in some way.  Somebody I know experienced this and traced their attack back to the source....and found themselves looking in on three remote viewers in some base facility.  These three remote viewers were the ones targeting them. 

There's also post-hypnotic suggestions/commands, following an abduction.  That's another major form of mind control.  The only real way to combat that is to become extremely aware of all your thoughts, urges and actions and question everything.  Diligently monitor yourself in order to override urges/thoughts that may not be your own.  Have experienced that time of MC as well.  Self monitoring does work.

There's also the nocturnal programming - "stuff" cutting in on the line while a person is sleeping and hijacking their sleep state in order to use them or program them in some way.  Have experienced this as well a few times.  I talk about this in my book, about waking up in the middle of this nocturnal programming and catching them in the act of programming me with repetitive commands.  Another time I woke up in my bed, being guided out of a deep mental state of some sort by a male voice.  I could feel that I'd just been "looking at something" - remote viewing - for the voice, him, them, whatever whoever it was.  So, they do have the ability to plug in to people and use them in the sleep state.  Not entirely sure how to bypass something like that, other than to try to become good at lucid dreaming.  The more aware and alert you can become while dreaming, the more apt you'll be at recognizing when "stuff" comes around and tries to plug in and hijack.   Also, turn the tables and instill yourself with your own programming that would have you wake up anytime an outside intruder would try to plug in while you sleep. 

There are two things that could be happening here - 1, mind control/external influences;  and 2...and I hate to say this, but it has to mentioned just to say we covered all bases....but schizophrenia.  I myself have never experienced the music/voices speaking or singing when there's no media playing, or an onset of paranoia like that.  I have had an incident where my radio was "hijacked" if you will, and a typical sarcastic male "them" voice came through saying very nasty stuff, the subject of which matched up to a yucky "dream" (most likely abduction happening...) I'd had the year before.  But it's not exactly the same as what you describe here. 

However, if you can rule out schizophrenia symptoms as the culprit, then it sounds to me like maybe you're either being harassed via implants, or microwave beaming.  So the trick then is to disable the implant(s) and shield yourself from beaming.

Disabling implants requires some research.  I can poke around and try to find some good links by people who've written on it, and come back and post them a little bit later.  And as far as blocking microwave beams, which by the way is a VERY common form of harassment that's used, so you're not alone there, then I recommend this article by Montalk:

It's a short read, detailing how to block microwaves and where to buy the signal detector mentioned in the article.   A couple of three dollar sheets of Mylar goes a loooooooong way, trust me!    I know, we've used this stuff and it works.  In fact I just received an email several days ago from a woman who found Montalk's article via my book, where I talk about this, and she and her sister bought the Mylar sheets and stopped the beam harassment.  Instant improvement.  Headaches, gone.  Sleep disturbances, gone.  Scramble brains, gone. 

I think you're very right here, it is happening on a grander scale then most people realize or could imagine.  The entire population is being targeted in a multitude of ways, from food, chemicals in all of our products, chemtrails, microwave/beam harassment, abductions, implants, school,  media programming, and so on.   There are people who'll laugh and scoff at the idea of abductions and mind control, thinking they're immune to it, it's only the kooks that have this sort of thing going on.  Little do they know.

But this is no laughing matter. What techniques do you find effective when realizing you may be "having an attack"? - I have had a few symptoms, mainly high pitched frequencies that will change tone and affect my ability to relax. Also I think I hear music sometimes when there is no media playing in my house. Music that is almost audible but I can't make out any lyrics but it sounds like someone is singing/speaking... sometimes my eyelid starts to twitch accompanied by the high pitched freq and a host of paranoid thoughts and what seems like outside influence on my inner thoughts.....

I feel this is happening on a grander scale than we imagine and I just wonder what kind of protections we have despite building a "Kook Bunker" under the house...
