I have another issue alltogether with my "Sight" being blocked.

I would agree that if someone was just beginning they need to conserve the energy to get to a certain point. I had to do it.

However, once the channel is cleared out then the energy just flows in to replace any that's gone. (From my experience anyway.)

hmmm, I've just been reading in 'The Handbook for the Navigator' that you need to reserve all your prana (energy) to increase your vibrationary rate for communicating with your higher self. Using psychic powers for "Sight" for example, also drains that energy somewhat.
Great peice about seeing your aura in 5 minutes as well - for the first time in my life I can see mine.! Its knowing what to look for - I was expecting it to be like a Kirlian photgraph, but its more subtle than that.

Nah, I don't actually get that level of vibration but that's the goal. I use it as a point of reference.

For me, I'm not much concerned with what happens to the energy. The only thing I can ensure is that my intentions are there. That is until I can get my "Sight" back to see what's actually going on.

Thanks z3n3rg, I'll try that.. When you transduce ( I said transmute because thats the phrase that seems to be commonly used in this context - but I understand your interpretation) that energy, for example to 'excruciating joy' - do you then experience
'excruciating joy'?. Or can you call 'excruciating joy' up as and when you need it.? and if so, how?

I'm not leaving my energy ball on top of my house though - someone would nick it.

This energy transduction thing is something I've been working on for a few months now. Never read anything on it specifically as in how to do it.

For my own clarity, I keep the words 'transduce' and 'transmute' in their respective contexts. I do this to ensure that every thought is in perfect order when I do my intention of energy transduction. In the end, it's just more specific to energy.

Transmute: to change from one nature, substance, form, or condition into another
Transduce: to convert energy from one form into another

Anyway, several intuitions came up when starting this. I'm going to post the rest in verbage that may sound absolute. That's only for ease of communication as I know well that I can't even come close to saying this is how it's done. This is just where I'm currently at.

The first thing I do is feel the energy. I mean specifically concentrate on feeling the energy. Then I ask myself to transduce this energy to the highest (finest) form I'm capable of. I mentally recall the experience I had of uncontrollable crying caused from excruitiating joy. This was in turn caused by a realization of infinity. Anyway, I recall that energy configuration I call "excruitiating joy". I then intent for my current energy to transduce (refine) to that level. Basically, just concentrate on it. Tell it. Command it. Whatever.

The other part of the puzzle took me a little bit to work out. I needed somewhere to send the energy. I couldn't just send it to other people if they didn't ask for it. Can't send it to Earth since I don't know if it's asked. Really, not much to do with a butt load of high vibration energy. I wanted to give it in order to help those that might require it. Maybe some 4d entities that could use a little extra boost to oust some heavy energy forms. Maybe Earth if it needed it.

So I intended to create an energy ball above my house that would hold the energy and be marked as "for whoever may require it's use". No imposition of free-will and my energy is available to any that might need it.

Several times now I have asked that if the Earth wishes I'll transduce negative energy for it. I picture that course energy coming up thru the legs. I mentally will it to transduce to the finest strands I can produce and then send it back to Earth thru my hands.

So yea. All comments are welcome. I just got the nudge to post this in response to Blue.
