And yes, prolonged paranoia and negativity creates a runaway feedback loop with reality that reinforces it. Someone could say something that you take to be an insinuation against you, but in truth they weren't even thinking about you but instead their words were subtly nudged by your own thoughts or worse, some hyperdimensional intelligence looking to screw with you. Either way, it is a destructive form of reality creation. Happens all the time to people who learn about fringe stuff... they eventually either snap out of it, or end up mentally deranged on meds.

If you cannot control your thoughts by stopping them in their tracks, you can try to displace them by instead filling your mind and time with more constructure, positive, fun, and creative things.

In fact it might be a good idea to try to contact your HS telepathically.   All you would need to do is to intend to have this happen and then wait to see how it goes.   

Telepathy is controled by our crown chakras and this summer I've felt a lot of stimulation on the top of my head.   I would imagine everyone is getting some kind of awakening in the crown the past few months. 

To calm things down, if you sense it gettting to be too much for you, would be to ASK your HS to help you tone down the telepathy you seem to be experiencing.    Working with your HS on this will make it more positive, I hope you look in to this.

Telepathy may be good if you enjoy the company of the people who hear. However, there are many more people who will use information you can against you and them having this information isn't helping me. People are getting worse and i witness the slow demise every day.

Well, who cares what people think?   Do they mean anything to you?  Probably not.  So who cares?     !

I can already tell that you and I think and view the world from almost opposite standpoints, so there's probably not much point in trying to impress upon you ideas for a different way to be.  Everybody has to get there on their own, in their own way.   Maybe somebody you'll snap and get tired of caring what people think, and no longer be so easily affected by the actions of those around you.  But in the meantime remember, it's all about the FRV.   Anything involving fear, guilt, paranoia, anxiety, anger, depression/despondancy, shame/embarrassment, self consciousness, etc. - all the lower vibration emotions - creates a person with a low FRV.  When you're resonating with a low FRV, it creates a feedback loop with reality around you.  I'm not saying I'm perfect either, mind you, I have my own stuff from that list I still have to work on.    Anyway, just some ideas.

Maybe it's a hint of a push in the direction of me learning to control my thoughts.

I don't know if "control" is the word exactly but yes, perhaps some work in that area would help re-establish loosened boundaries that are psychically helpful for everyday functioning and rationality let alone avoiding being so angry all the time at everything that happens without your "control".
Meditation, exercise, ways of grounding yourself in the body and living inside that energy field instead of drifting so much.

Okay.  I'll bite.....

First off, you gotta get a grip.  Why?  Because it's called FRV.  Your personal frequency.  Those people who respond to funny happenings with nervous paranoia, wigging out about it all just attract more of that nonsense to them.  "Stuff" has a field day with people that are responding as you are. 

Secondly, who cares if somebody's reading your mind.   I don't get what the big deal is. If for some reason I thought for a moment that my neighbors were "reading my mind" and then inserting things into their conversations that I was overhearing which matched what I was thinking, as some sort of mind job to make me freak out, I'd think it was funny.  But that's just me.    I'd probably forget about it in 5 seconds, because who cares.   Seriously.  When you stop caring, they have nothing to work with anymore and move on to fresh pickings to prey on.   Again, if that's what's indeed happening here.

For me, I'd prefer telepathy if you must know, and tend to seek out the company of people who are very very psychic.  To the point where they know my thoughts, they know where I've been, where I'm coming from, what my energy pattern is, and often times even tapping into my past lives.  I LOVE it.  A) It's honest ,and B) it saves tons of "getting to know you" time.  You don't have to explain anything.  They already know!     And it means they won't misjudge you.  Psychic people don't see what they want to see....they see what's really there.   That's the way it should be.   I don't like all this shady business that goes on in 3rd density, people lying, people presenting themselves as something they're not, exaggerating their experiences and talents and achievements, people deceiving to scam other people, talking smack about people behind their back who are - supposed - to be their friends.  I totally hate it.   It's such malarky.  Seriously, let's hear it for telepathy and a world where all is known and nothing is hidden.  What a world that would be.

Plus it would be liberating, because the concept of "private thoughts" is a trapping that often leads to the slippery slope 3rd density inventions of shame, guilt and embarrassment. 

A world where all is known!  That's what I vote for.     

Have fun with your neighbors Mahatma, if they're really reading your mind and having conservations to purposely mess with you.  Think the wackiest things you can come up with, stuff that actually makes you laugh out loud.  Aree there any good comedians or comedy specials you've seen that were hilarious?  Think of them.  Just roll with it.   Guaranteed, it'll coincidentally stop.
