Great link and very important information... thanks!!

I had one of Dr. Lendon Smith's baby advice books long ago and found it so helpful I literally wore the book out!! The pages came unglued... lol.

He took a logical and practical approach to things and emphasized the importance of nutrition. Some great advice from him was that if your kid felt good, he would act good. And the way to get him to feel good and get good behavior was to feed him right - that is, figure out what foods your child might be allergic to that are making him cranky, hyper, inattentive, etc. Really smart guy.

Thanks for posting that. After reading symptoms of calcium and magnesium deficiences, I realized that fit what's been going on with me lately. I tried the magnesium test, and sure enough-- it tasted sweet. This is a sign of severe deficiency. Fortunately I had a calcium/ magnesium supplement in the fridge I'd forgotten about.

Next on my list: the acid and potassium tests.
