FIRST DENSITY: Awareness as a point: Physical matter. This frequency level is the most basic. It provides the matter and energy for the creation of atoms and molecules. The basic life forms of mineral and water, for example, are all operating from first-density frequency. Humans possess this frequency within themselves as well. It makes up the basic genetic codes.

SECOND DENSITY: Awareness as a line; Biological matter: Development of group or species identity. The conciousness expressed by second-density vibration does not possess self-awareness (or ego). Most species within the plant and animal kingdoms exist here; however, their placement in density depends upon m any additional factors, including the presence or absence of ego.

THIRD DENSITY: Volumetric awareness; Ego; Loss of group identity, development of individual identity; Ability to  remember past and cognize the future while retaining present awareness. This is the density where human beings emerge. It is a vibration that creates the illusion of separation and thus a challenge toward awakening. Presently humanity is going through a transition period into fourth-density reality which can account for the many rapid changes the human race is undergoing. This is the frequency that expresses the most separation from the Whole. It is from here that many lessons about integration are learned. This is the most intense of all levels in its cultivation of growth within the Self.
Cetaceans (dolphins and whales) presently exist simultaneoulsy in third and fourth densities and are transitioning out of third along with humanity. The conciousness of primates exists in third density as well. The evolution of primates is becoming increasingly apparent, as one begins to observe them displaying several charasteristics that were once thought of as indigenous only to humans (such as language acquisition and pathological behovior).

FOURTH DENSITY: Containment of volumetric awareness; Superconsciousness; Reintegration of group identity without loss of ego identity; As vibration increases, perception of past, present, and future become more fluid along with the ability to interface with mulitdimenional and multidensity realities; Negatively oriented consciousness becomes more difficult to maintain.
Presently on Earth, fourth-density reality is overlapping third. In humanity's case, this can account for the increased desire for unity, peace, and unconditional love as opposed to the illusion of separation that characterizes third density. The vibratory rate of one's reality is stepped up, and therefore one may be faced with personal issues in a much more rapid and intense way. It is easy to see how this is coming into play with the thousands of individuals upon Earth who are in therapy, in substance-abuse prograns, and engaging in humanistic efforts to better the planet. This is the frequency of responsibility. This is the frequency when one begins to remember the encoding of Free Will. This is the last frequency where physical bodies are the vehicles for the expression of consciousjness. Hence many civilizations choose to spend long periods of time within this density.

FIFTH DENSITY: Experiential awareness of "I" as a group identity; Not bound by linear time.
In this density sentient consciousness begin to awaken to its heritage. This is the density of wisdom. As one awakens the wisdom within, they very often want to share it with those who are still focused in the lower densities. Many from this realm choose to become guides for others, A fifth-density being merges with its family of consciousness ("oversoul" or "higher self," if you will) and begins to remember. This is the first desity in which a nonphysical orientation is experienced.
(Note: There is no clear-cut distinction when transitioning from fifth to sixth and sixth to seventh densities. Because these debnsities are not physically oriented, there is much blending in these transitions.)

SIXTH DENSITY: Awareness as the dimension itelf.
This has often been called the" Christ Consciousness" in that it displays a frequency level equal to that of the Christ or Buddha. From this frequency a total remembrance occurs, and one begins taking responsibility for the Whole rather that the Self. The process of progressing the Self and progressing the Whole become one and the same.

SEVENTH DENSITY: Awareness as the multidimensional experience; Group-matrix identity (Social Memory Complex).
This is the frequency of total oneness or integration. Those who vibrate to this frequency are merged in identity and become a mass-conscious whole. They magnetize those in other frequencies and provide the current for the natural flow toward integration. Once the seventh density beings reach critical mass, they will progress through the Prism of Lyra (from our point of view it will then be a black-hole exit point) and reach the next octave, where another adventure awaits.

first dimension: the realm of pure minerals as containers for consciousness, but devoid of their own consciousness and self-awareness

second dimension: lower-astral planes on which the consciousneses perceive themselves as all that exists, are oblivious to spirit, devoid of souls, and totally self-absorbed; also the realm of certain types of elementals that have no consciousness of thier own other than is directed by some controlling force; also contains underworld aspect of what is called the bardos in Buddhism, also known as the Hell realms; realm of all plant species.

third dimension: physical worls and corresponding astral planes; anchored in a linear time- and space-based reality. Anything in this realm exists at a maximum of 9,000 vibrations per second. This is the realm on which human consciousness lives.

fourth dimension: Beings retain consciousness as feelings and thoughts based on feelings. This dimension contains both dark and light polarities. The light realms are made up of "Cities of Light" and those who have reached a vibrational frequency of between 9,000 and 12,000 vibrations per second. The consciousness here is the first stage of Christ consciousness following ascension. Many guides, angels, and Ascended Maters impulse the third dimensional humans who are receptive and available for spiritual growth and evloution. Humans are also impulsed by the dark astral counterpart that exists in this dimension. The dark ones are able to match the lower-vibrational frequency of negative thoughts, vices, repressed emotions, and unhealed or denied shadow sides of humans- and are able to pull them into the dark side and then control them and feed off their pain, fear, and other dense energies. As humans develop higher-vibrational qualities of being, thinking, feeling, and doing, as well as transcend the karmic tendencies of thier own shadown sides, they are magnetized into the fourth-dimensional light impulses and pull free from the dark control and parasitic beings. The dark polarity of this realm is also one of the places where nightmares and astral abuse take place.

fifth dimension: This dimension also has dark and light polarities. Beings retain their etheric forms from thei third and fourth dimensions combidned, but with refinements and freedom to alter these forms at will. The light aspect of this realm contains most of the personal guides to humans, serving angels, many of the Ascended Masters and members of the Great White Brotherhood, initiatic schools of the intermediate level, the karmic board, Overlighting Devas, and guardian angels. From this dimension and up it is impossible to talk in terms of vibrations per scond because it is beyond time an space limitations though interfacing with time and space reality at will. This is also the dimension of actualized Christ and Buddha consciousness immediately after the completion of incarnation, ascension, and transition through the Cities of Light in the fourth dimension. Flying dreams, as well as dreams of healing, higher experiences, and teachings occur in this dimension. This is the dimensional, causal plane relative to humans manifesting and creating in the lower-dimensional worlds during dreamtime. In other words, it is where humans dream their lives into time and space reality, and then wake up and live out the dreams. Higher consceousness, lucid dreaming and white magic happen here. The dark polarity consists of the powerful dark lords of black magic and control. There are dark angels, masters, sorcerers, and rulers of the lower astral planes and underworlds in this realm. If persons develop great psychic powers, and mind control without developing the heart and spiritual integrity, this is where they are ruled by and go during sleep and after leaving their human lives.

sixth dimension: This is the realm of the Higher Council, the archangels who interface with Earth, the Councils of Elders, and the beginning of collective consciousness. From this level on up, the dimenstions are exclusively of the Light. The collective consciousness in this realm is that of souls split apart. In other words, if our soul, after being on Earth in one body, decided to split into two or more parts, whether the decision was based on pain or desire for diversity of experience, at the sixth-dimensional level all parts would share the same Higher Self until rejoined in one body again. This is the realm from which the Higher Self communicates with us and connects with us on a soul and spirit level. It is from here that our higher purpose is dictated. Beings on this level can choose to project human-like forms if it serves a purpose, but they actually exist in pure geometric forms which are characteristic of this dimension. In Creation, this is the stage at which thought, color, and sound take on geometric form and numeroloical significance. When beings on this level wish to communicate with one another, they simply blend their energy fields and consciousnesses. There is a unique grid that is formed by this blending and both beings experience the essential nature of the other mainly by virtue of comparison and what the other has to offer. There is a sense of knowing the other without actually feeling as though you have become the other. Melchizedek consciousness exists on this dimensional level.

seventh dimension: the realm of divine sound and harmonics. All beings on this level exist as expressions of essence through the harmonics of sound, individually and collectively. Form can no longer be projected directly without downstepping dimensionally. Patterns are formed by the sound but are nebulous flows of color and movement. Varying spiral patterns are the only describable forms to be found. When beings on this level wish to communicate with one another they simply combine their sounds, blend colors, and create new patterns. From this experience, both consciousnesses are energized and fully comprehend one another. There is also a greater understanding, which comes from the principle of, "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts." It is the next level of collective consciousness, but this time with other souls as well as different parts of your own. Beings on this level literally hold the key to translating all experience and consciousness in to pure sound, carrying frequency and creating flow patterns. These sound frequencies make up the only common language from the seventh dimension down. This is the realm of pure Melchizedek consciousness, as the fifth is of Christ consciousness. Members of same soul family origins have the ability to experience themselves as the same being on this dimension while maintaining the capacity for individualtion.

eighth dimension: Pure color and flow patterns are trademarks of this realm. Beings on this demension exist as self-aware consciousnessess emanating color, light, and movement. When communicating with one another, it is more of a synergistic experience during which neither being can tell the difference in itself and the other. Great love of union and communion takes place here. Because of the absence of sound as an individual expression on this realm, it is also the realm of the void, which in its true purpose is a place to experience one's wholeness and uniqueness as pure essence and consciousness. When fear is absent, it can be a place of solace and deep rest.

ninth dimension: source point of the Laoesh Shekinah, the Sacred Pillar of Fire, or Pillar of Light. It is the last dimension on which a Light Being has the capacity to experience consciousness separate from the entire oversoul from whence it came and can also choose to experience that oversoul collective consciousness at will. The only form here is that of the pillar, or parallel strands of very refined light. Everything looks like pure crystalline white light and yet is prismatic, emanating colors to the eighth dimension. This is the dimension of Metatron consciousness. When I was given an experience of this realm once, the only thing I could still differentiate from myself was etheric crystals. I had a collection of quartz crystals on the table in the room where my body was when the experience took place. I was suddenly aware that I could still perceive the crystals as separate from me, although the furniture and people in the room had blended into my consciousness completely. I was told this is as far as a human consciousness can go dimensionally without the body being vaporized.

tenth dimension: All I have been told of this dimension is that all members of original oversoul families experience themselves as merged completely into one consciousness and are no longer aware of thie individuation at all. Beyond this point I have been shown and told nothing except that the thirteenth dimension is the place of completion and Oneness in which the self is absorbed into All That Is and knows nothing of separation.

In string theory, physicists tell us that the subatomic particles that make up our universe are created within ten spatial dimensions (plus an eleventh dimension of "time") by the vibrations of exquisitely small "superstrings". The average person has barely gotten used to the idea of there being four dimensions: how can we possibly imagine the tenth?
