This book is great. I'm a nursing student and fascinated with the human body. Thanks for the link. Also, this fits into health, so don't worry about it .

I found a short ebook that elucidated much on health in general and particularly lymphology. If you are interested in the subject, it is well worth the read. It is only 25 pages, but it provides a lot of insight. It give you all the knowledge you need to prevent disease and maintain health (with some exceptions, of course)

I erased my attempts at summary because I couldn't do it justice. Maybe one of you with better communication skills will do it for me. My only warning is that it might sound a little goofy until you here the full explanation of the theories.

I think it compliments the do-it-yourself dentistry post rather well, do it yourself healthcare.
