If the immortality device fails to work for you, would you be around to sue Alex Chiu? Nope

Sedna's right on about the real secret to youth - searching, growing, and doing things in line with the higher callings of your soul. If you don't use it, you lose it. The more you use your higher abilities, getting energized by learning and discovering, and seeing life as an opportunity instead of a burden, the more spiritual "sunlight" shines upon your subtle and physical body, allowing your them to grow and live vibrantly instead of whithering when this sunlight is deprived via depression and negativity.

The body obeys the mind, and if your thoughts are consistently about wanting out of this life because it's just hopeless drudgery, then your body will obey your orders begin dying a slow death: accelerated aging.

But if you do the opposite, approaching life with an attitude of discovery and enthusiasm, then your body perks up and does its best to carry you through your journeys.

As for immortality, the body is like an outfit your soul wears. Who wants to wear the same outfit day after day forever? Just wear and maintain it for as long as you need it, and when it's served its purpose, get a new one. Or go nude, if you're done with the idea of clothes.

Yeah, it's like, "bite into this rat and enjoy outliving everyone you love!" Right. At least that's what it makes me think of. The immortality "device" is not needed if you've got a soul! An immortal physical body is pointless, since it's the soul which ultimately controls the body, disease, etc. Why? What is the point? Sounds like a blueprint for a bunch of pitch-patch borgs taking over the planet.

And how do you know the guy's not a vampire? You get the "device" and it actually steals your energy? Sure, it gets rid of your illnesses and sweeps your mental integrity away at the same time.

But hey, I suppose anything is possible. Just not sure I'd want it!

Here's another thing to think about: there may be further advances in anti-aging than the general public knows about. But anyone 200 years old is not going to have a birth certificate to match: they must have to get new i.d. etc. Who would believe them anyway? Here's a person who looks twenty and their really 200.
So how would you know their so called "real" age? But with cloning and greater gnosis coming rapidly to the fore, this type of thing you point out here is going to be everywhere. All sorts of previous assumptions will be blown away. At any rate, how does anyone really know how old someone else is? We use our eyes and ears, etc. but the fact is, for all I know, you could be a hundred! This is just some added rhetoric to show the mental nature of all this. I don't begrudge anyone any healing, etc they get with hoola hoops or kumquats or devices, or whatever...but it's the belief in the thing that causes a reaction of healing in the body, not the thing. No thing can do what the mind can, period. This is how I feel about it. If you channel your energies into a pair of cheap sunglasses, you'll probably get equally good results and get a lauph to go along with it.

Sad to say that the "secrets" of health and youth will continue to be "gimmickized" when all along the door has been opened to those who knock. Keep searching and growing and doing things like we do at Noble Realms, and you'll be younger at any age than the 99%, anyway! And that's my "advice" on the immortality "device." !
