Its important to act on our convictions whenever possible.

If people don't have a clue what " Orwellian " means they need to get better educated.
Those who do this may be a minority, but that does not matter.
The insurance industry has also become a bottom feeder. Its a nasty business in many regards, a reflection of the times. The medical insurance industry uses fear to get people to buy in and the price is high for adopting this as one's belief system, yet few question it seemingly. There are many cascading beliefs that lock one into another when you opt into that system.
Often times its the cascading beliefs that nail us because we have blind spots where we are in agreement with things on one level but not others. This is a difficult area for most people to be honest about, but it has to be faced sooner or later as to what kind of things we are feeding in the external world of human affairs. Theres a bit too much acquiesence going on in my view.
There are a great many things people could vote with their feet on. When this happens,
some bad ideas will starve, wither, and die.
My personal interest in this matter and similar ones is one of principle.

I was told (by my little inner voice) when my son was about 6 months old that he would be my 'guru'.  I didn't understand it at the time, but he's my biggest teacher.  Mirrors my stuff up to me so I cringeingly have to look at it.

I've spent many years quietly (and sometimes not so quietly) stepping away from the System and its outer manifestation (as well as my own inner programming).  I've always seen myself as a quiet dissenter, just getting on, doing my bit and trusting that if everyone does theirs, the Matrix will come crashing poetically down one sunny day

A week ago, I took on my seven year old son's school and their sledgehammered approach to a discipline letter that I received.  To cut a long story short, I wrote a letter to the school, saw the principal with my partner and they (to their credit) have actually changed their school procedure.  I was quietly surprised about that, and not a little pleased.  I have to say, there is merit in "the power of one". 

My husband and I congratulated ourselves in a (small) win against one manifestation of the System - school.

However, only last night, I watched myself (with deep sadness in my heart) as I myself turned into a tyrannical, oppressing Authority and was doing everything I could to control my seven year old boy into obeying a rule I had created.  He resisted, I got more authoritative. He resisted I became stronger.  We both fought verbally, and I, being older, and - for now - stronger of will - won.  He cried.  I felt ashamed.   All this over a spoonful of vegetables that he didn't like the taste of.

I contemplated this later that evening.  My heart/conscience won't let me get away with anything these days. (Thank God).  I looked at the mechanism of this conflict and saw that what had happened between two individuals, was no different really to what is being played out on the bigger world arena.

I had placed myself as an Authority by creating a rule.  Luke had exercised his right to freedom of choice by objecting to it.  I had started off fairly by explaining the reason for the rule in the first place.  He had still objected (as was his right).  At this point, I was overcome by an underlying fear - what if I lose on this occasion, will my power be diminished? Will I lose face? Will he ever obey me again? Will he become an anarchist? (Truly - on re-playing the scene in contemplation, I observed these had been thought in the dark recesses of my mind).   These fearful thoughts, elicited a strong response from me, in the form of control.  And I rationalised it away as being necessary to teach my son compliance, so he would not be rejected at school. 

All this, from someone who has placed herself in service for the Highest good of all. 

How important it is, to challenge the faceless STS corporations.  But just as (or more) important, how necessary it is to continue to challenge the faceless shadowy aspects of ourselves that wait in the wings to do their evil through us when we least expect it.

The stronger we become, the more integrated, the more we bring our shadows into the light of our own (humble) awareness - the more direct and effective we can be when we do challenge the dark forces that we may encounter in our outer world.

Piss tests go hand in hand with the nature of the company.  Big name soulless corporations, slave labor type jobs where you're going to be on your feet 8 - 12 hours a day getting paid shit wages, and STS-oriented companies whose business is enslaving the population in some way.

Just so no to piss testing.  There are other jobs out there.  A person doesn't have to settle.  However, for many people it's not so much a case of "walking your talk"..........it's letting go of the fear that they won't find another job opportunity.  They feel they "have" to do it, because what if they don't find another job, and then run out of money??  So they settle.  I understand that mindset, trust me.  But "leap, and the net shall appear!"  Take a chance.  Put your foot down.  Walk away.  Believe you'll find something better.   If anything, you'll be rewarded by the positive forces if you walk away from Orwellian STS controlling companies in search of something better.  You'll get a big standing ovation, and find that a better job immediately comes your way and falls right in your lap.

Piss testing is part of the Ahrimanic influence in the affairs of mankind. Its a demonic attempt to limit and control the human expression, and has been adopted by the insurance industry as a covert social control and oppression mechanism. Its always big business and corporate poison that move the masses in these times. At the very least some few can stand their ground.

Its the ego and its petty attachment to fixed ideas and also its addictions and its often massive debt that keeps people locked into circles of limitation.

Lying about its costly addictions is a trap of the spoiled ego.

Be willing to be honest with yourself about the places where you are blind and in denial of your inner and outer weaknesses and denials about your reality. The tendency to lie and deny was also given to us by the Archons. Its has become a way of being in the western world. Its poison to the soul. If people would stop all the lying many problems would instantly be solved.

Some are on this forum to share ideas because they have tamed the ego enough to recognize that other people have good ideas that are life changing in some cases. Thats what real interdependence is....realizing that people are gifted, creative, and have things we all need to hear and ACT ON.

The ego is the indulgent spoiled inner brat that always seeks to trip us up when we are getting close to our goals. The Archons then work thru the weaknesses of others against those  who stand in their truth, but the tide is turning on quantum levels. The pain we have to endure here will reach an end.
