I have had the great good luck and meeting and being around Albert Taylor, author of "Soul Traveler" a very interesting OBE book.   I see Albert at least once a week at the Learning Light Foundation in Anahiem, CA.    He teaches classes there and gives workshops, plus has a psychomantium set up, to do all kinds of research.   He's a really cool guy, and gives some great workshops.   He's also one of the really lucky ones who has that, intense state come over them when they try to OBE, sort of like a paralysis, which in turn makes it easy to just pop out.    Since he's had this ability since birth, he's been doing really well, with his explorations.   The techniques in his books might appeal to you, but there are plenty of books out there, so I won't recommend any, I would rather have you pick the ones you like yourself.

I've found that developing my higher chakras, seem to allow me to have more lucid dreams and spontaneous OBE's.   But that's just me, I can't say that would work for anyone else.   You might wish to ask your Higher-Self what you need to do, or perhaps recommend some techniques that would work for you, by sending a book your way, or lecture, workshop or whatever.

You could come up with a simple statement that would eventually lead you in the right direction.   You could say something like "I now intend for my HS to please help me find a easy and quick and fun way to have an OBE.    Please help me to improve on the methods I'm already using and help me find new ones that will work even better"

You could re-word that to better fit your intention, but I'm sure you understand how to get it done.   A simple statement like this repeated at least once a day will have all sorts of coincidental "things" almost dropped right in your lap.

Some people prefer really big Better Out Of Body Experiences, but I'm not particularly partial.

But, being a guy, I wouldn't even mind some Enhanced Better Out Of Body Experiences.
