I remembered reading something in Richard Hoagland's blog last year after the Katrina hurricane hit New Orleans. He mentioned they had a "ghost" weather radar image from 12 days before the hurricane actually hit. It looked a lot like a hurricane/circular cloud pattern, but in reality the weather/cloud/precipitation for the area that day was clear. I think this is very much like your "ghost clouds" on radar today in Germany. So perhaps this is evidence of weather manipulation? Maybe in a week Germany will be hit with a severe storm?

I live in Germany. The picture below is from my computer room window:

I have been complaining to my wife, the past week about the radio freqs I pick up as mind-static/distortions/headaches, she shrugs me off but I know this is linked!!!
I have not dreamed in a whole week.

When I have my PC running, the wave lengths get amped and if you activate the elcectrical void (television tube), I can hear the damn tower pulses, beeps, clicks, headaches... etc....
Combine my cell phone next to the television speaker and I know when my phone is going to ring before it rings! I know when my phone is being updated/tracked when it is next to these devices when they are turned on.

I swear I've been picking up on strange military freqs here and not in my phone, if you know what I mean?

The weather radars in Germany detected some big rain-clouds in the north of Germany, but actually no rain was falling, even no clouds were visible.

This is the second time radars deteced clouds which are actually not there (first time 19th of July)

The "weather experts" have no clue what is going on. They were even "jokening" and expecting UFO's...

They ruled out all possibilities like: Big swarms of birds or a plane wich lost his fuel.

The most common and serious theory is: Military experiments. May be the military is experimenting to hide planes from the radar. But they are even not sure about this theory and the military is dementing everything. It looks like the (german) military is really not the reason behind the mysterious clouds.

Weather experts have now reported an offence to the police for "illegal weather experiments" against unknown.

Update: I have read "ghost clouds" were detected in the Netherlands and Canada, too (But not at the same day).
