Spartan,
Everyone in this thread gave you really good advice.

I'm completely deaf in both ear's and have been for about 20 year's now. I was lucky enough to finish all my schooling using hearing aid's and then not long after I finished college my hearing went altogether. The nerves in my ear's are damaged and I have a very common form of nerve deafness.

I have not found anything to really bring back my hearing at this time. I would seek out a complete evaluation from a doctor if you have not had one yet. So go the medical route and make sure you find out what's going on with your hearing.

An herb not mentioned yet, but might give you a little help is gingko biloba. I used to take it and it did stimulate my ear's a lot, I also had some rushes of energy move up into my head from taking it. They say the blood moving up into the head can help, I would check it out. I still can't hear, but it worth the try.

Another thing, that is a bit strange, but it's always fun to check everything out is a book called The Crystal Bible. In it I found out that lapis, a blue stone, is great for hearing problems. Maybe you can get your hand's on a beaded lapis necklace you might get some help from that. I wear a mala (prayer beads) of lapis bead's and have fun with it stimulating my 6th and 7th chakras (which are closely connected to hearing).

One last thing, and this is from someone who still has load's of hope for the near future. I do believe that as our vibrational rate increases and as we move deeper and deeper into out Ascensions thing's will change for us. I'm not sure if you're familiar with the C's often mentioned on these forums. They are a group of being's from 6D and they said as we move into the higher vibration's of 4D our bodies will rejuvinate themselves and we might even regress in term's of age. I think if that is possible then regenerating the nerves in a person's ear's could be easily accomplished...once we get there.

So I hold out hope for our 4D merge. I also spend as much time as I can actually going with the new energies present and hopefully will have a smoother ride as thing's progress. I see a bright future, no matter how bad thing's get right now, hang in there.....there's so much more coming, and we might see this shape up BIG TIME in the next 6 year's.

John

Spartan,

As for the tinnitus, unfortunately I've tried just about every vitamin and herb I could think of, and none of them has helped stop or quiet the ringing. But there is one thing I noticed -- do you smoke? I notice the more I smoke, the more ringing I get. So that tells me it can be related to a TOXICITY problem. So therefore even if you DONT smoke, you might want to check into some things that can detox such as A, C, E, Selenium, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA -- there are 2 ALAs and the one i mean is NOT lineolic, but lipoic).

I take all those since I also have poor eyesight. I guess since I still smoke, it isnt really fair for me to say nothing has worked, since I keep dumping toxins in... sigh ;-)

As for the actual hearing loss, do you know what type it is, what is causing it? It's different kind of deafness for different people. Some people have problems with the small hairs in the inner ear. Some people have bad eardrums. Some people have bad connective tissue or bone behind the drum, some people the brain-ear connection actually breaks down (nerves)... Any clue which type yours is? A good doc might be able to help you find out.

Sorry to learn of your condition, I hope it's reversible. From what I have read, vitamin A and B12 deficiency has been known to play a role in tinnitus and hearing loss. If what's happening to you is not due to injury from loud noises, nor some neurological disease, then deficiency may be something to investigate and correct with proper dosage. Don't forget alternative methods like intent and visualization...will send you something along those lines.
