Cayenne pepper is great stuff for so many differnet medicinal uses.
I take half a teaspoon 3 times a day in a little water mixed with 1/3 tsp of ginger as a general heart/circulation and blood tonic.
You soon get used to heat.

Hey raw is best when i started it was HOT if you over do it use milk, bread, or pinapple juce. Start out with a small amount say 1/4 inch at each meal then as you get used to it eat more. I can eat a whole one now. Eat with bread or any thing. DO NOT EAT THE SEEDS. They are posion. they will cause a pain in the lower intestin. They are a stimulant and that means every thing from the toes to the tip of the head.

Hey no problem glad to help I had a sinus infection and had to go to the doc two times a year for antiboides then found this book and read about cayenne pepper and started taking it have never been back to doc.
