Another request for an update here. I'm planning on starting this on Wednesday, either the full-on Uberman schedule or a 3 hour core sleep somewhere around 3am and another 4 30 minute naps. Any opinion on which plan is the best?

I read that bit in Seth speaks... tried it for a day. Got really tired during the next day and felt it wasn't worth it because my concentration levels dropped. I know that persistence generates results, but I didn't continue. How are your concentration levels Nonki? I'm at University right now and studying so concentration levels are important.

I've found the quality of sleep I get is much better. I fall straight into REM during my 24 minute kips and they often feel well over an hour. This only strengthens my belief in the illusionary nature of time. My dreams are very vivid and I sometimes feel like I'm shedding layers from my inner core. My poor Ego is struggling to keep up and insecurities have less tendency to run-away with themselves.

I'm currently reading Seth Speaks by Jane Roberts and this experiment was influenced by chapter 8, quote:

"As many light snacks would actually be much better than three large meals a day, so short naps rather than such an extended period would also be more effective."
