Following the link that Feritciva provided, I was able to find this list of "Explorer Race" books:

I have read "The Explorer Race" book 1, so that is the one that I commented on. Zoosh is the primary channeled being in that book, but Shapiro also channels other entities. Yes - just as Dolores Cannon brings the voices of various entities through her clients.

Thanks for posting that recommendation and summary, Wandering1. Early yesterday I went to the bookstore to browse through the Shapiro books. "The Explorer Race" is currently a multi-book series. I saw books 5, 11, and 12 at the store... and the content reminds me very much of "The Convoluted Universe" series by Dolores Cannon. The information is concise, interesting, coherent, and diverse. If Shapiro is plugging into different sources, of course the intent and accuracy behind those sources will be varied. Sources like these I usually read as food for thought, to attain new insights and so on, because not everything I find plausible or accurate, yet it is still inspiring and intriguing. So if you find the works of Dolores Cannon enjoyable, most likely you will like "The Explorer Race" just as much.

An idea had just struck me yesterday while listening a medicinal seminar. The seminar was about a new drug and they were telling about animal experiments before human studies. And the lightening came!

This earth and 3D environment may be an "animal experiment" of some new ideas/concepts of our higher selves. As our scientists see animals as their pure subjects, higher selves may see this ego-centered 3D beings with short life-spans as their subjects. So this is their "trial and error" ground.

Then I see this thread, thanks to wandering1, and read some things Shapiro mentioned:

"You individuals reading this are truly a result of the genetic experiment on Earth. You are beings who uphold the principles of the Explorer Race. The information in this book is designed to show you who you are and give you an evolutionary understanding of your past that will help you now. Robert Shapiro - The Explorer Race

Robert Shapiro is a channeler. He has written several books and I am reading "The Explorer Race" - which I think is his first book (published 1996 by Light Technology Publishing in Sedona, Arizona - the company that also published "Behold a Pale Horse" by William Cooper). As with all channeling, I advise the use of discernment.

The main being that he channels is "Zoosh" who is an expansive being in terms of perception. Zoosh claims to have been a planet twice before and presumaby is now not in any particuar form.

Several other ETs from various races are channeled including: an Andromedan, an Orion, a positive Sirian, a negative Sirian, and a Zeta. Pleadians are also mentioned.

A lot of focus on the origin of the human race and what is happening with this planet. The shift to 4d is discussed.

The story given goes like this: Earth was a 4d planet (which they call Terra) and then there was the idea (from the Creator I think) to do an experiment where many of the unresolved issues of the galaxy and universe could be brought together, but is was necessary to slow down the planet into 3d. Then in the process of moving back to 4d some of these issues could be resolved. (I guess that makes Earth seem like a garbage disposal for the Galaxy - feels that way sometimes!)

Lucifer and Jehovah are also described as leading characters in these events. Lucifer wanted separation from the Creator and to use tools as a substitute. Apparently each of these entities are close to learning their set of lessons that related to Earth.

Some elements of (potential) disinformation are included in that the song and dance about the Zetas (Grays) "dying out" is mentioned.

There are also sections on the Illuminati and the Shadow Government - presented in a non-judgemental sort of way.
