Personally I feel very moved and inspired in cathedrals, but that's neither here nor there. What appaled me about the Vatican's website, which I just visited recently, was this thing called "Peter's Pence." I was curious so I clicked on it and was extremely dismayed to see that it was a commercial to send money to the Vatican. Yeah, instead of using some money to feed starving people or house homeless animals I'll send some of my money to a Pope who wears Prada shoes. The saddest thing is that you know there are some "good" Catholics out there doing just that. Does the church hierarchy have no shame?

I concur with the above posts totally. EVIL SO EVIL that when you're in the cathedral et al, it actually feels like you are in the presence of a very old, very dark and very powerful being....watching you..the energy is so powerfully dark it is palpable, so much so that I felt sick, the symbology is EVERYWHERE, reptiles, dragons, serpents.....and of course the geometric forms which harness the energy. I think perhaps the only other place in Rome where I felt such incredible energy was at the Coliseum, I couldn't stay there at all as the energy was overpowering. That place needs to be healed.

I agree. Were any of the POPE'S good guys ? The "church" is pure fifth. Has it helped anyone? Told the truth ? Created a lot of pedifiles to rape many, many beautiful young boys.
Keep sending your money and we will keep sodimizing your kids. The upper eschilon of the church just like the masons are rotten and the lower( not in the know) are duped. Why should any thing the church has be SECRET? Remember they did not want people to have their own bibles, ie Martin Luther if that did not tell people the aim of the church, what would?
