That's so cool that some of you had the opportunity to listen to the show. Thanks so much for tuning in!  Thanks also for the positive feedback, Lyra. You make me blush

I used to do a lot of radio appearances on Top 40 radio type stations where they'd have me on their morning show and I'd be the performing monkey doing live psychic readings for people on the air. It was rare to get an opportunity to talk about any "real" stuff on the radio, although I did do a cool interview show one time where Uri Gellar and I were the guests, and he and I talked auras for a while. He was very friendly, tuned in , and generous with his advice as he coached me about my writing and publishing and being a public figure as a psychic. I had accidentally remote viewed his aura the night before in dreamspace and saw all these amazing, highly spiritual, violet colors surrounding him mixed with gold. I mentioned them to him the next day, and he said, "That's weird. I'm just now finishing a book about auras, so auras have been on my mind."  I must have been attuned to his frequency for a bit there. It's always interesting checking people out.

But usually I'd be sandwiched between U2 and Hootie and the Blowfish and have to give a two minute reading to some woman who would ask profound questions like "What do you see in my future?"

I'd always say, "Um, toots, YOU create your future based on the reality you place yourself in, and if it's not the reality you want just yet, then keep doing your spiritual homework until you get there."

"But tell me about my fyuuuuuutture!" she'd whine. And the deejay would pile on and demand that I tell her something about what was going to happen to her.

Reading most people's futures is easy. We rarely exercise the willpower or the momentum to drastically change our circumstances, so usually, we end up just where we are now. 

(Oops. I guess I shouldn't have revealed that super duper psychic secret. Now you'll all be out their reading the future for people!

Seriously, when I got out of the counselling business (mostly because I ended up shouldering responsibility for people all the time and picking them off the floor when they make bad choices instead of getting to empower them with how to make GREAT choices and step into their power as sovereign creative beings).....it was great to start being a "reporter" and a columnist and an advocate for healing in a different way. And I picked up lots of other healing techniques and studied those, which literally saved my life when I was under severe psychic attack.

So it's been an interesting journey.  I'm not sure what my role in the "community" should/could be now, so I think I'll just keep plugging away at my writing and the occasional Net radio show and see what evolves. Still working on getting a bunch of practical yet fun healing type Ebooks done...those should be starting to come out throughout 2006 along with a conjunction of sister sites to my main site, LipstickMystic.com.

In the meantime, it's awfully fun connecting with everyone here, and you all rock beyond belief. It's so nice to find an oasis of sanity in an otherwise highly mixed up metaphysical community.

FYI to anyone interested, you can record streaming audio off the internet if you're using a PC with an inexpensive program called Total Recorder.  I use it a lot and it works great.

I hope it's okay to make a brief shameless plug here....I'm going to be a guest on What a World (Internet) Radio tonight hosted by Dr. Nevyn Campanella. It's a cool "alternative" show that covers a lot of hot topics. My bit will be broadcast live from 11 pm Eastern time to about midnight; so that's 10 pm - 11 pm Central Time here in the US; and that's 9 pm - 10 pm Western Time.

You should be able to listen to it anywhere as long as you have a Net connection (dialup is fine) and a media player (real Player or one of the many other multi-media programs that usually come pre-installed with your computer) and audio speakers.
