I remeber that when i was a kid i've had ALOT of sleep paralysis experiences but they have decreased in numbers and later completely vanished but for a first time in a while i had a sleep paralysis experience. i didnt notice if it was at some exact date later but its been YEARS and YEARS since i've had last such experience.

I have had one sleep paralysis experience myself that I remember.  I may not remember others, because I don't remember dreams.  I did sometimes remember dreams as a kid, but now I never remember them at all.

I recall that the Cassiopaeans say that sleep paralysis flying may not be an abduction.  They suggest that it results from a temporary loss of energy on the physical side so that the body can't keep up with the spirit (or was it soul?) and they get separated for a while.

This describes all three dreams I had where she appeared - except for the foul and nefarious part.

So this has proven quite the syncronous event here. She definitely interrupted my train of thoughts - and those thoughts were basically the same all three times.

Yes, quite often actually. The apperance of the lady is usually in a dream that feels verymuch like being awake. And the lady is usually very nice and friendly but once questioned or her request denied can turn very very foul and nefarious.

Something else going on could mean that you are just thinking on a "train of thoughts" that will lead you to something and they want to interrupt it. For example, if you are lying in bed and thinking "sex = pleasure = nice = thus want sex = want inhibits pleasure = wanting is bad = sex is good.... and so on. And eventually that would lead you to some realisation but you dont consider it important at that time but since they can see the future they would see the end result, they could just do something very minor. Like appear in a creepy form and go "oooh, your hot i want you" and make you lose and forget the thought. And 12 years later when the "insert odd sounding thing... like celestial planetarial situational position... for example" is good and causes you to think among the same lines of thoughts they could re-appear.

So while their apperance could be important, more important might be wha tyou were doing and thinking WHEN they appeared.

I do not know for sure what reasons they have for their actions but there is a reason, even if it is just a urge to suddenly pop-up in your life and do something, then the reason is having no reason. I consider it unlikely that they would appear simply to draw energy if the person isnt somehow worthy of note and thus to slow the person down by appearing. Most people dont need someone to appear to them to be slowed down, only if your speed of developement puts you at a position, if unhindered that would be harmful to them will they appear and try to slow you down. Or if they want to play with you and have some fun. As i said, it is possible but tad bit unlikely.

Oh. And from what i've read the "tallish, skinny blond chick that eerily knows thoughts" is a high up alien "bad chick" i once read a story some man wrote about how that alien chick raped him.

Okay, now that you are talking about this, I'll have to post my three dreams I had months back involving a blonde haired girl. Because they are about along the lines of what you are talking about.

What is the reason for their actions? And why would that reason be unlikely?

Either way, I've played alot of D&D and they have a suprisingly good dimensions/densities system. Higher planes are just higher planes. As adults are just adults. Compared to children certainly taller (higher), more powerful, perhapse even wiser, but are they more valuable? far from it. And are they superior? far from that as well. Why would everyone like children more than adults if adults were inherantly superior without question

Anyway, i hope you can figure this one out. If you dont get a good answer here i can recommend www.paranormal.com (while not being as "all topics" oriented as this place, they have more people so the chance of having a good answer "somewhere in there" is more likely.

And they also most often appear when something else is going on. So try to think of what you were doing before that that you stopped doing afterwards. Or what you were doing afterwards that you werent doing before. Were you thinking of something deeply. IN the proccess of being enlightened. Very very VERY often they do not appear simply for the purpose of "wow, lets appear " there is a reason for their actions. If only to draw your energy towards them but that is a, while possible, in my opinion unlikely.

I believe there are dimensions beyond ours.  It does not mean that when I am contacted by someone from a "higher" dimension they are superior in any way shape or form.  It only means that there are outside my realm of understanding.

My best theory is that when we intersected the light we entered a different dimension for a second and reappeared three hours later.

Why 12 and 24?  Why multiples of 12?  Why in the middle of the night, a touch after 2:30 AM or so?  Why?

Hi Giz! I dunno but what came to mind for me was not why 12 and 24, but why a symmetrical pattern of time? Possibly because 'they' come from someplace outside of time.

I've never been interested in UFOs or Aliens.  I liked X-Files for the most part but I thought it was too much about Aliens and was just plan bad the last few years.

Well, you showed up at this forum and posted a story about a strange light and missing time.  For some odd reason, that  made me think you might be interested in the subject of real UFOs as opposed to TV shows.   Obviously I must be messed up in the head for thinking that!

I have absolutely no idea what any of that means.  Never heard of Ted Rice, never heard of Maya, never heard of Karla Turner and never heard of Masquerade of Angles.

I have heard of Star Trek.

Kevin, Ed and I are stopped on Grange at Garr headed east toward Red Bud outside Berrien Springs MI.  (for those who wish to map it)  I glance down at the clock, it's 11:43 PM.

I proceed through the intersection toward Red Bud and about a 1/3 of the way Kevin says, "What's that?"  (cleaning up the language)  Ed says, "No kidding, what is that?"  I glanced over and it appeared to be a 35 foot (10 meter?) diameter sphere of light.

I turned my attention back to the road as Kevin and Ed continue to discuss possibilities.  Someone in the woods spotting deer?  A house?  A helicopter overhead?  Offered up and shot down.  I looked again and my opinion is that it was light with no source and it was moving.

I looked back to the road and everything went white.  It seemed like a second or so of time.  I glanced back to where the light had been, noted the stunned expression on Kevin's face, and as I was turning to look out my side of the car I glanced at the clock, 2:35 AM.  I looked into the side view mirror and we've traveled about as far as one would expect at 40 mph in a couple seconds time.

Lots of odd things here.

1)  When Kevin first saw the light I turned the radio off.  When everything went white we all went silent.  I drove to Ed's and dropped them both off, none of us said a word, nothing.

2)  The distance we traveled from the time everything went white until I was able to gauge how far it was took, it seemed, 3 seconds or so.  Not enough space to go from 40 to 0 and back to 40 again, not even close.  This suggests that it is possible that while driving down the road one night we appeared nearly three hours later where it should have taken us a second or so to get.

3)  I quickly forgot about it, never talked to anyone about it and didn't remember it for 12 years.  My best guess that is was exactly 12 years to the second when I woke up in the middle of the night.

4)  When I say everything went white, I mean I couldn't see the steering wheel.  It was like being in a room so dark you can't see your hand in front of your face but instead of black, white.  A light source sufficently strong to do that should cause some eye strain, difficulty in refocusing but it didn't.

(Number 2 is the one I really can't rap my brain around.)

The second incident happened about 6 years and 8 months later.

Gordon, Kurt and I went to a baseball game at Wrigley Field in Chicago.  Kurt went across the street to HighTops (I think that's what it's called today) and Gordon and I are listening to street muscians.  Drummer, Bongos, Acustic guitar (why bother) and a Sax player.  More then you usually expect and not half bad.

Then I got this overwhelming feeling someone is looking at me.  Something we've all experienced but I'd never experienced it that strong before or since.  I turn left and start scanning the crowd.  There she is, standing directly behind me next to the stadium and it looks like my dream woman.  About 5'4", 115 lbs, blonde hair past her shoulders wearing bluejeans, tennies and a red sweater.

She's about 25 to 30 feet away.  We are at a busy intersection outside a ball park with street muscians, elevated trains and all sorts of other noises when she says, "I wondered how long it would take you to notice me"  at an audible level you'd expect from across the table at home and without moving her lips.  I'm thinking that I'm imagining that she's speaking, it's not possible, ect when she adds, "I know your confused and maybe a little afraid but I can read your thoughts and I can allow you to read mine."

(I want to stop for a second.  She can read mine and can ALLOW me to read hers?  I assume she means to be selective in what she sends.)

I don't remember exactly what she said after that.  Something about wanting me to come with her, you can help us, because you have seen the light .... That phrase temporarily paralyzed my brain.  She continued on but it was coming through as if from Charlie Brown's parents.  She continued on, I couldn't process anything.

It was about then that Gordon turned around and said, "That girl is checking you out."  I said, "What do you expect me to do, ditch you and Kurt here in Chicago?"  We debated Kurt ditching us if given the chance for a bit then I turned my attention back to the girl.

She was gone.  I was only a matter of 15, maybe 20 seconds.  She's not right, not to the left.  It's as if she vanished.  Sure, she could have disappeared in the crowd but it was an uncomfortable feeling none the less.

The third incident happened 12 years after the first.

I ran into Kevin on a Monday and we decided to get together on Thursday.  Likely early AM Wednesday I awoke in the middle of the night and remembered the first incident for the first time since shortly after it's occurance.

When I brought the subject up with Kevin he first said he didn't remember, I broached it again and he said it never happened.

So, I went out to where I thought I remembered it to see if I had the landmarks and topography correct.  That convinced me to pay a visit to Ed.

When I broached the subject with him the first thing out of his mouth was, "I've been thinking about that."  He added "We've never talked about it" and "Kevin is full of it, he was the first one to see it and pointed it out."

The fourth incident happened 24 years after the first and 12 years after the third.

I woke up in the middle of the night and remembered the first incident.  Why 12 and 24?  Why multiples of 12?  Why in the middle of the night, a touch after 2:30 AM or so?  Why?

The fifth incident happened within this past year.

I connected the light incident to the telepath incident.

My take?  The light and the girl are from the same, higher, dimension and they don't like us.
