Knowing the significance of some other corporate logos such as these:

Seeing this logo for Sun Microsystems recently reminded me of the cubic sun proposition. Especially in light of troydungeon's quoting of the Contact article about Pleiadean starships 'transporting' Earth/Shan into orbit around the Coeleno star.

Maybe the transport to the next star up was necessary for the species survival?

That's almost exactly along the lines of something I was thinking about it - that we (as a thoroughly controlled race living here) could be experiencing this as some natural consequence of neglecting a part of our own evolution (like becoming nieve instead of wise in some respect) therby allowing ourseves to be decieved into [WHATEVER]. Yes, this is loop logic if one assumes they were decieved into being programmed to be nieve . . .

Okay, so not that we were 'the dark side' but that we were the (evolutionary) regressives in the sense that we were experiencing the effects of allowing ourselves to evolve while leaving behind certain aspects of ouselves . . . or the effects of not evolving altogether . . .

So while some may see it rotating so fast that it appears to look like a cylinder, others may see it moving so slow that it looks like a rotating pen..?  Would this be correct?

The answer is yes but it depends on how the pen is rotated.

Let's look at the following scenarios and assume speeds so high that the human eye cannot tell is a pen.  The answers given below are based on at least one trip (revolution or orbit) around the rotating pen.

1.  Pen is fixed at one point the other is rotating in a circular motion.

Ans.  A cone.  If we are allow depth perception then it would be a a hollow cone (not solid)

2.  Both ends of the pen are rotating in circular motion and the pivot point is located halfway the length of the pen.

Ans. 2 cones touching each other at the very tip.  The cones will be hollow if depth perception is allowed.

3. the entire pen is rotating on an axis that is parallel to the length of the pen.

Ans. Hollow cylinder.  This is a good one.  When you reach the point on your orbit that is looking straight into either the tip or the end of the pen you will be able to see through the imaginary hollow cylinder and see stars on the other side.

I know anything is possible but with what I know at this time I cannot accept the theory of the sun being a cube.  It does not make sense to me but like I said before I am basing my conclussion on conventional science.

I think I understand what troy is trying to say.  That what we are seeing is an optical illusion, and science's explanation, though logical in foundation and application, is also wrong because it is based on an illusion of sight. 

Here's something that may help:

Take a regular pen and hold it in your right hand.  Place your pointer finger about the top of the pen, and your thumb under the pen.  Now, place it in front of your eyes and start moving your wrists in a circular motion.  The faster you move your wrists, the more it appears as though a circle is being spun before your very eyes.  If the pen was moving fast enough through space and time, it would no longer appear as a pen, but a rapidly spinning cylinder.

Yes, this true if you remain fixed in one location.  The 2D projection image as perceived by your eyes would be a circular figure.  Now, imagine the pen doing the same motion as you described above but in this case you are rotating around the pen (something other than your wrist is causing the motion on the pen) What do you see?  You'll see a moving pen.  Read my previous e-mail on which I discuss cubes and compounded cubes rotation.  You''ll see what I mean!

Dude, you got to read more carefully. The sun does not rotate on an "axis." It rotates on a SINGLE POINT.  So, it is not as if it is spinning in one direction. Dude, I believe that you are so convinced of this insane theory (cubic sun) that you are the one not reading what is posted.  Read carefully, I said "It would be similar to a tumbling movement on which the axis change constantly" meaning there has to be a focal point (yes, a single point of rotation otherwise the whole thing will just lose its position and shape in space).   Something's got to give.  I know that I won't be able to convince you out of this one, but if you would read the following:

Well, I've been trying to figure the reason why the ancients worshiped the sun. Things seem to be getting clearer . . .

Article that punches sufficient holes in Amitakh Stanford's credibility. Not that most of you NRers need it, you seem to be able to discern bunk and such quite easily (especially when its that blatant). I went on the Xeeatwelve myself and read a few articles. All I can say is WOW! I recognize pieces of info that ring true to me, but its just slapped together without a shred of evidence or on very little support.  Some good info (Reptilians do exist, as do the Annunaki, and we are being controlled), but the theory she develops with it is both illogical and dangerous. Are we really expected to believe that we are all non-viable beings worthy only of destruction? Destruction by "light-beings" no less? I don't believe it.
One thing that rubbed me the wrong way immediately upon entering the site is that there is no about me section or anything. When I read something, I wanna know who said and why they think that. My suspicions were further confirmed by this article, but please make up your own minds and do your own research.

Mind you, the sun is spinning SOOOOOO fast that it can rotate in different directions and still go fast enough for you not to see it changing directions.---Now that is REALLY freaky!
