Hi Haven

It seems that you have inspired another avalanche of beliefs which, as you say, are many.
My own beliefs are founded upon my own like-experiences often in participation with many other people who are no doubt having their own life-experiences and gaining from it all renditions of reality that differ.
The diversities of life are infinite and so are the reasons for each of them existing since there is a story behind each one.
I interpret the ones that I experience in my own unique way and you in yours.
It seems to me we each contain within ourselves our own truth.
Sometimes when an individual discovers his or her own truth it can be the moment of transformation, or in some cases destruction.
But I think it can only be found through experiencing the diversity that surrounds us and that can mean breaking with the old and exploring the new.

I'm not advocating to stop expressing your existence through creative processes. I think that the idea of Nirvana may be flawed in that people are seeking to drop out of existence. I think one should have passion or some form of energy exchange in order to fully experience existence. I don't mean to tune out. My point is that to interpret the why is flawed, because our minds are too simple and we tend to cling to a belief that must be reinforced; we are stuck in survival mode. If we could just let things be as they are, then I think we'd live a more natural existence. That means you can still create and have compassion or whatever seeks to benevolently express itself through your reality. The difference between believing and just being is that with just being, you exist in a natural state with no effort to support a belief system, whereas to believe something requires a constant striving and support, and a tendency to linger in harmful circumstances when the abandonment of that belief would widen the channel to higher energies. It is true that the reality chosen is an expression of archetypes seeking to unlock a combination of factors that need processing in order to progress, but only because we have such an inefficient method, that this is the only way that the higher self or whatever can hope to achieve incremental steps to a better existence.

I agree that there has to be a Truth, but it is in the essential nature of existence instead of anything we have learned so far to comprehend. If Truth is that there are many "truths", so to speak, then that must be the Truth, but the truths we use are stepping stones which we tend to confuse, with our limited capacity, with Truth, causing the weaker of us to act harmfully to ourselves and others because of this judgment, even while they spout higher understanding and enlightened viewpoints. I do think that polarities, however, are a by-product and not the point of existence. Polarities should be considered the first step, and should be overcome as soon as possible in order to progress.

You have a point, T-Ren, in that existing in a flawed existence sort of puts it in our face and forces us to realize a state of just being, equating it with love, which is a good example of what a large part of love is. I tend to believe that living in a flawed existence exercises free-will, even if it seems a bit unfair that we are essentially left to the wolves. It does lend to the fact that we already have the capability and we just need to realize it, and we are all capable of realizing this fact. However, once it is known, one should move on from that lesson.

As for leap-frogging, I tend to think that it wouldn't be so much accelerating as it is setting the appropriate pace. I think most people, the people that live spiritually while not devoting their entire lives to their spirituality, are actually learning slower than they naturally should or potentially could. I think that merely existing isn't in contrast to spirituality, and should be much more natural.

I think there is a Truth with the capital T, but it's all the other things we (as humans) add or let be added that confuses the issues, separates and stunts the growth.

If life/existence is about progression though, then isn't in this realm of polarites (probably to the extreme degree) perfect to learn the ultimate love and being able to fully realise who you are and prove your direction change(if wanted or needed)? To realise that love is love not just when things are subjectively "good" but most likeley more so when things are going "bad" or "evil" things happen to you. Because if love is love it "remembers no wrong" then it will always respond in love regardless because it "just is" it is "just being" who it really is.

Probably only in the highest realm is there no polarities, because up until then there is still even STO and STS. Does learning to just be that highest understanding of love or STO leap frog you through some realms? I don't know, but it's worth the hope and try eh.

Once all the speculation about what truth is comes down to the fundamentals, one realizes that perhaps there is no Truth and one makes use of the current wisdom that is available. This ultimately leads to the Zen-like attitude of to "just be", in that one embraces what currently moves one forward until the next step or evolution in the path of spiritual progression. What this means is that there is no Truth, with a capital T, but more likely that it's all wrong and utilize viewpoints that help us achieve our desires because its the best we can do.

What I have been wondering is that perhaps we've even gotten that wrong. Just being is a great attitude, because there is no tendency to linger in a frame of mind for way too long. But, in the way that most of us do it, we still make the potential mistake of actually embracing a viewpoint, any viewpoint, which leads us to form a groove as we funnel all knowledge through a narrow point of interpretation until we are forced out of that viewpoint by more energy than should be necessary. Believing in something always constricts us in the long run, as we make whatever happens fit a certain criteria, or we neglect other information that doesn't readily lend itself to supporting our beliefs.

I'm not saying that believing or knowing certain things is harmful. It is helpful, but less effective in attaining the highest level possible. If what you believe allows you to interact with the essential nature of existence because it transforms unformed energies into a more mentally malleable substance, then it is beneficial to yourself, but it may ultimately be a passing interpretation and potentially more harmful than helpful.

Perhaps the correct way to do it is to not embrace any viewpoint and just let whatever is happening to happen. Perhaps the correct way is to let things be what they are without interpretation, so that we do not hinder the process. If we can let go of what we think it is and focus on existing in the now, then perhaps our progress would be more genuine and much less slower as we exhibit tendencies to be more flexible and less confining in our activities and attitudes. Instead, we tend to only focus on what adheres to our desires. Once we stop trying to make things be a certain way, once we give up the need to label or make things conform to our interpretation, perhaps we can start understanding the essential nature of a situation in a manner that goes beyond our current level of being to a level that promotes a higher level of interaction.

So, I don't think "just being" means to believe what you believe because it leads to the next step. I think "just being" means to not interpret your existence beyond which comes naturally through merely existing.
