My sleep cycle just went to back to hitting bed at dawn like always. So as far as natural melatonin production is concerned, the supplements didn't reduce my pineal's ability to create it even after three years of regularly taking supplements. If your pineal is already damaged or suppressed and there's nothing you can do to rebuild it, then maybe supplementing with melatonin might be necessary. Had I known about melatonin supplements sooner then high school and college would not have been hell trying to stay awake in class due to my sleep cycle being nearly opposite the majority of people. And no, waking up early day after day does not reset it.

I believe that when the time comes, meaning when i have money lol, for mental regeneration, among other things suplementing with neurotramitter precursors and amino acids, would help, as my mind would have the basic materials it needs to support dopamine, serotnin, melotonin etc... function. I'll probably use L-try and 5-htp, instead of melotonin, until then i'll get back on presciption.

Hello, can someone please suggest a dosage of melotonin, to me, i have had chronic insomnia for about 6 years, i believe ritalin has damaged my pineal gland among many structures of my brain and thus am lacking in melotonin production.

I also can't feel positive emotion and thus don't have positive dreams, i don't have nightmares either, i have very weak yet very unpleasant dreams not involving real fear just negativity that always take me about 2-3 hours to get over in the morning.

I thought i'd provide a warning about melotonin. It is a dead neurohormone and it is exogenous, it is no substitue for the real thing, i have no referance, but i know i read somewhere that exogenous melotonin atrophies the pineal(psychic gland), this gland is a target for the PTB.

Flouride for example which they poison our water supplies with, has been shown to cause dysfunction and atrophy of the pineal gland, anti-depressants like Prozaz, again damage the pineal gland extensively.

Also as a side note, if anyone is familiar with Monoatomic gold, i have come to believe that this substance greatly enahces the pineal gland, before it becomes completely dependant on the substance for function and damages the Pineal gland.

This is why Monoatomic gold is promoted by the PTB, this is why it at first enchances psychic fucntion greatly, then this declines and you're Pineal gland is f*cked. I've read testimoney that when this happens and people stop taking monoaomtic gold they find they can't sleep without it, this is due to a f*ck up the diurnal cycle due to peinal gland dysfucntion.

The Pineal gland is a very important brain structure for phychic fucntion and alround bodiliy function and more.

If melotonin was of benefit to this gland it would not be allowed by the FDA etc.. to be availible legally and certianly would not be allowed to be manufactured by drug companies etc..

Take it from someone who has had their third eye(peinal gland) effectilvely poked out by drugs, don't take responsiblity away from your body of producing neuro hormones like melotnin, take precurosrs to neurotransmitters not neuro transmitters themselves.

Melotonin is synthesised from serotonin, so serotonin precursors likeas suggested above L-Tryptophan and/or 5-HTP are much better options in my opinion. It may not make a massive differance, but it may make all the difference i peronsally wouldn't chance it.

I am only gong to take it because my brain is already f*cked and i need the damage to shock doctors when they see it, plus i have plans to regenerate my mind after my next brain scan, so i'll only be using it until then, as soon as i want my mind to be ehalthy again you cna be guaranteed i would not touch the stuff.

I really cna apreciate how important ddifferent aspects of mentla fucntion are as i've lost massive amounts of all of them.

So what have others found to be an effective dose for sleep?

Thanks,
Miles.

P.s switch to precursors of neurotransmitters, don't take away your bodies reponsilbity for producing these hormones or your bodies ability to function will suffer, the PTB want your pineals f*cked up that is why Melotonin has met no resistance from the FDA etc...

Peace.

Hi, do these things:
Have a nice hot bath before you go to bed.
Drink a glass of milk or some herbal drink before bedtime.

I do another thing...I try to fully relax, wear my nightsuit, and prepare for bed and lie down with the lights off.
I then just try not to think of anything in particular. I mean, you can't try to calculate the next days meeting points or your financial status calculations while lying down, or rehearse something you want to tell somebody:). That way, you will feel wide awake.

Just be relaxed and take a few deep breadths also.Let thoughts come unbidden to your mind, but you dont actively think of something.

Hope this helps!
